I only stopped here because I wanted to buy a strawberry shake to my son, but I end up buys food too, should’ve look the reviews first. One of the worst location you can order food. It seems like they are hiring any person to be in the kitchen without no experience at all. My salad was terrible , the lettuce so old and it wasn’t worth it the price, almost the same weight as the plastic bag. Curly fries cold and old. Nothing is fresh, and they didn’t have any customer around. I paid for my food, not for trash. Don’t go here .

A month or so ago I got a notification sort of message from Jack in The box app that said the new and improved point system was coming next week. I’ve been saving points for a long time and was hoping that they would put egg rolls on the list of items that can be redeemed for points.
In short the updated point system just cut the value of your points in half. Jack in the box clearly thinks all of its customers are math illiterate and essentially stoled value out of the points account. They could have just changed how they awarded new points but instead they stole value out of the account. Thank you Jack in The box and Merry Christmas to you too.
I used my points to get a chicken sandwich and if you wanted typical veggie toppings it cost extra lol.
App deleted. Customer lost. Cooking at home is healthier anyway.

Honestly was worried when I saw all the bad reviews. However, my wait time was exactly what the app told me it was and the food was fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that my burger had way too much lettuce. Easy fix so overall not bad

The service here sucked they all had attitude then when I get to the food I see this , I paid for 2 large fry’s and this is what I get on top of having to deal with their attitude DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JACK IN THE BOX SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

Both of our fries was cold. I also ordered a classic smash jack single, even said #9, and was given & charged for a double. The burger meat are burnt with hardly any of the sauce. The sprite was so watered down. I come here often and it’s pretty disappointing because even when they mess something up it’s never this bad.

Came through to get a meal. Had an issue with the way they rang up my items so asked them to clarify everything. Was treated with absolute no respect. Also they were extremely rude by talking bad about customers with the window open so they can hear them. Absolutely would not recommend coming to this location.

Food was good it was early in the morning but the customers service was bad. Like how are you going to work there and have a long face not welcome people right lady it wasn’t my fault you are missing $2 and then the other lady that was there dammm rude attitude as well and then she was like “oh wait I have you the wrong order” and her tone was not it. Making it sound like I did something wrong I wish I had seen her names.

I hate this location it genuinely sucks but today was the worse I paid 20 dollars for a burger meal and a monster snack box plus a large fries and a extra drink and when we tried to confirm the order she just said okay the girl at the window was just rude and on top of that we had to wait 20 mins to get our food and when we got it we only got the monster snack box and two drinks that’s it we didn’t get the burger nor the fries 20 dollars for that?!!!! It’s crazy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE APP!
I have been coming to this location for a while rarely have had a mistake when I order and wait at the drive thru. I was offered the app as a alternative since I come so frequent and told since menu items are not listed such as drink choices etc to order any drink and they will fix upon coming to the restaurant!< By a MANAGER Yet when I came today 3/29 at 11:25 am I was told by the MANAGER that that wasn't the case they aren't remaking the drinks but rudely. I gave them my card told them to just charge me for 4 more and throw them away then. I was given part of my order.... Had to come back to receive missing items the manager expedited like at this point if the manager can't get it right I can only imagine. At this point the app is trash based on all the other reviews avoid it with this location and expect a wait EVEN WITH DRIVE THRU orders causee YES THERE ALWAYS IS ONE. There is another one up the street I will be going there instead I suggest you do too.

From out of town and stopped to get a bite and pulled up to drive thru no answer, pulled up to window, no answer, called to make sure their open and guy answers and just hangs up. Pull around and two people inside behind the counter so I call again and they hang up again. Drove off and will never stop there again!
