I came to get me 2 tacos but the young lady that took my order around 5pm was kinda rude, like before i could completely finish ordering she was already “That’ll be $2.15 pull up” then when I got to the window the body language spoke ATTITUDE. Took my money gave me my change but no receipt, I asked for ranch she got me one, hands me my order and closed the window no “Have a nice day” or nothing. I was also given 10 taco sauce packets for 2 tacos which I didn’t understand. The tacos I have no complaint about, I just feel if you’re going to work a job dealing with customers, its important to be customer friendly it can definitely be an asset to the company.

10/3/25: Today at 1:40 PM, I ordered two breakfast croissants. After paying, I was told to immediately go park in front of the building even though there was no one behind me in line. From 1:40, I waited until 2:04 PM before finally receiving my order.
When I checked my food in the parking lot, I discovered both sandwiches were incorrect:
One was missing the bacon (#21 breakfast sandwhich).
The other (#22 sausage breakfast sandwich) had no sausage at all.
Already disappointed after waiting over 20 minutes for two sandwiches, I went inside to show the mistakes. I saw about six employees working, yet my simple order still took far too long and came out wrong.
It’s clear that customers are being told to park in front to stop the drive-thru timer from running too long. This practice helps the restaurant meet its timer goal but comes at the expense of the customer’s time and satisfaction. Next time, I will remain at the window until my order is ready, check it there, and only leave once it’s correct. I recommend other customers do the same.
If this location continues prioritizing timer goals over accuracy and efficiency, it will only hurt performance ratings and damage its reputation further.

why call it a drive threw if you forced to get out to go get your own food! this store needs help bad , needs a good cleaning needs help all day and night , server she was nice but she needs help ! food sucked over cooked and some under cooked , store is a slummy place needs a over haul! for the prices you make us pay food needs work ! I literally have been waiting for my order for close to 2 hours, still has yet to have been made or given to my delivery driver. What is going on? I’m writing this in real time and it’s now 2AM and it was supposed to be here at 12:15. Last times I went here no one was answering the drive thru. 30 minutes waits. I literally haven’t had food from here in 2 years. I have to go to the other side of town to the “GOOD” Jack in the box if I want it. Horrible place. This is one of the most unprofessional fast food places I’ve been in a long time. Come in to pick up an order, and there is no one at the front. The male employee walking back and forth just kind of looks at you and then completely ignores you, even after attempting to talk to him. I get being busy, but complete and total lack of customer service is something else entirely. There’s not a single other person in the dining room and only intermittent drive through orders coming in.

Ordered two different breakfast sandwiches but received two identical instead. Both had a single slice of microwaved bacon, which is disappointing. Ordered and picked up in the drive thru. Beware – there was a VERY strong smell of gas coming from the window. The employee was friendly but hopefully everyone inside is okay.

The food made us sick to our stomachs. When we got there, no one greeted us. After standing there for about 5 min someone yelled from the kitchen area that we can order from a kiosk. There was not a sole inside the restaurant. Then the door kept staying open letting cold air in. No one checked on us or anything. Very unpleasant.
