This place is filthy. Has a whole bunch of dead flies and crickets, along with a bunch alive ones too. The food was decent, but I do not trust the conditions it was cooked in. Completely unsanitary.

Came in to get a quick burger… wasn’t even lunch hour. Customers that ordered right in front of us got their burgers and were done eating before our order was even ready. Staff needs more training or maybe more hands on deck. Come in ready to be very patient.

If I could negative star I would. It took forever and was cold and nasty too much sauce on dry meat patty and old bread. When you work food service and ur late w an order here is a thought…….. make up for it .if food is late and unedible u get upset customers like me. Refund,please.

Bad experience. Jack in the Box, yesterday 5-5th 2023. It was a shame, floors were sticky and a cone telling ” wet floor” was on top of a big soda splash, they didn’t clean it. Bathrooms were dirty .Our food took 25 minutes to be ready, BUT WE HAD FUN

The service is terrible had to wait 10 min for someone to take our order The floors are sticky and bug covered out of everything in their coke machine took 21 min to get food then it was ice cold they didn’t have a fork for my grandmother’s salad will never return to this location should have been a hint when it’s 1145 and the parking lot is empty
