Put in an order online for pickup. Showed up a few minutes after it was supposed to be ready. When we asked about when it would be ready, we were met with frustration, zero explanation, and no estimate as to when it would be ready. After almost 15 more minutes we finally received our food. I could show up at the drive through of most places and get my food faster than what it took to order online and pick up.

Just left Jack ordered a smash burger no bacon & when I got home and opened my bag, not only were all of our fries both regular and curly cold but my smash burger had bacon on it. This isn’t the first of even the 2nd time I’ve had issues with my order in this location around this same time, definitely won’t be going back here.

If this was the last Jack in Box in existence I still wouldn’t go. Very rude service in the drive through. Kept getting rushed to order and the tone was full of attitude. I’ve never experienced this poor service in my life and I’ve been around the world. Good luck staying in business if this is how you treat your customers.

Took my daughter and grand daughter to get a shake. Service was awesome and they were very gracious in bright ging our shakes to us. The food was delicious and as always a great place to get away with your family.

We accidently used our points at the wrong location. They refused to help us switch locations and didnt give us our free burger. I’m the manager of a restaurant and I would have treated my customers way differently. No wonder this location is always so dead. You obviously dont want happy customers. Will not recommend or be back.

I came to this Jack in the box and I got a junior jumbo Jack and four tacos. The tacos were cold and soggy and the junior jumbo Jack meat was very old. Not pleased at all will not be coming back to this location.

Ordered a ultimate cheeseburger and it was nasty. I’ve had many from them I could tell they used those disgusting burnt smasher patties instead of the normal ones. It honestly tasted like eating charcoal.

Just ordered through the drive thru (Tuesday night 7:30pm shift). The manager (unsure) was on it! Doing his best to provide the best customer service, was hustling to make sure everyone got their food in a timely manner. Very friendly. Will definitely be back.
