we don’t have Jack in the Box near me where I live and I haven’t been to one in years now. I’m staying in the Dallas area for a few days and saw one down the street form me and was hungry so I went to the drive-thru. there were six cars ahead of me. each car took at least 5 minutes at the speaker placing their order. took me nearly 30 minutes just to get my order placed. took a long time just to pay as well after placing my order. when I got my order he handed me the wrong thing. when I finally got my proper order, the fries were already cold and soggy. The egg rolls were hot and delicious. The sourdough burger I got was just okay.

I honestly don’t understand why the health department doesn’t shut them down. This Jack in the Box location is disgusting inside. Not kept clean. The service is incredibly slow even in the drive through. So many times I have tried to give it another chance but they are usually out of something I try to order or I sit in the drive through forever waiting. Long wait even when there are no other customers. They are never busy and I can see why. I wish they would have knocked it down instead of Wendy’s. I will spend my time and money elsewhere.

Pulled up today to get food paid almost $20 for a large drink whole cup was ice which makes no room for tea so I practically paid for ice oh and paid $5 for a plain bun meat and cheese jumbojack this burger was small as hell I can go to burger King and get two burgers twice the size for $6 and my sourdough jack I told them no tomatoes and bacon what do they do put tomatoes and bacon on it

I just called 10 times trying to get a hold of the manager. The phone was not answered 6 out of the 10 times I called. 2 times I was able to get someone on the phone but as soon as I asked for a manager they hung up on me. The other two times, they proceeded to ask me why I needed a manager. I told them, I wanted to report a labor violation. They hung up on me both times. I called Friday 8/18/23 between 2:50 pm and 3:05 pm. Whoever works this shift and answered the phone is very unprofessional and needs to be fired.

My wife and I sat in the drive thru at 1155 am today, Saturday May 27th, for 10 minutes only to be told they would not take our order unless it was for DoorDash or Ubereats. However, the three vehicles in front of us placed orders. I could hear them. We parked and tried to enter dining room to order food. Doors locked and no one would even acknowledge me when I knocked on the door. Not like I look dangerous, I had just gotten off work and was still wearing my suite and tie. We went to Braum’s instead. Wish I could give negative stars.

Worst service I have ever had at any fast food place. The cashier who took our order was very rude. She got rude half way through my order then continued once I got to the window and continued to argue with with at the window. Things could have been handled very differently and if your trying to explain something there is no need to get an attitude and continue to have that same attitude once at the window.
