This location used to be solid but lately it’s gone downhill. The wait times are long and I often use the app to hopefully get around that, but more than a few times they haven’t even started on my order by the time I get there and I often give them 15-30 minutes which I feel is reasonable. They don’t give me any issues personally and they aren’t rude or anything, but the quality has gone down noticeably since I moved to the area. Hopefully it turns around but for now I’ll likely be skipping this location for the time being.

I have to wake up super early for work, and I was hoping to enjoy some French toast sticks and MAYBE I’m blind but I didn’t see a sign saying lobby was closed super early in the morning but I tried to go in, was able to go in because the door wasn’t locked and basically got yelled at saying “ the lobby is closed” i dont know who this man was but he gave m the dirtiest look ever. Like i just moved to this town and no one told me this information why you yelling. Not only that but there was one person waiting on food and they were already parked and they are still parked (it’s been 15 mins)

This location needs an absolute overhaul, basically a dump. Customer service is awful and the food is never prepared accurately. This falls back on the owners/investors, because why would you allow your investment to be ran like this? Also, drive-thru denied everyone’s order today, and said they are only taking door dash orders. What is going on?

You can improve customer service there as whenever you order and take a manual receipt and try to redeem the points in the receipt with the scanner within the application, the receipt points are already redeemed by one of your working staff. This has happened more than 3 times now before making this review. Please inform your staff not to do this. If they want free burger on the points then try to claim it by buying one from their money and not customers reward points please.

At the drive-thru, we ordered the Crispy Chicken Strips and Ultimate Cheeseburger. The food was fine and my kids enjoyed their meals.
When I completed my order at the drive-thru, I told the order taker that I had a coupon for both meals and she said to bring them to the window. Once I pulled up to the window, I handed her both coupons. Then, I was told that they could only accept one coupon and to choose which one I wanted to use. I was a bit disappointed because I got the impression that I could use both. The meal prices at Jack in the Box are much higher than other fast food places, so the coupons were nice to have but sadly they don’t allow more than one coupon like other places.

Always SUPER slow, even when not busy. They’ll have you pull up so it doesn’t show how slow they actually are. I waited 10 minutes for mozzarella and chicken sticks, no exageration. Just 1 order of each. If i hadn’t already paid, i would have just pulled off. Gave them a few chances. Same thing every time. This will be my last time at this location and I love BK

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the breakfast planner; the meal was served cold, and there was a noticeably insufficient amount of eggs on my plate. Additionally, the staff member who handed me my bag displayed an unwelcoming demeanor, which contributed to my dissatisfaction. This level of service is unacceptable, and as a result, I will not be returning.

This is what they served me as jalapeño poppers. When I went back the manager made me more and they looked exactly the same. When I asked her why she said “Idk maybe the bread” and shrugged her shoulders. I think it’s the dirty oil or maybe the cook.
