I love Jack in the box but this location is the worst. I showed up at 7pm and their lobby was already closed even though the sign said 12am closed. The drive thru line was nearly wrapped around the place and moving slower than any jack in the box I’ve been to. You could tell the employees didn’t want to work there and were short and quick “what you wanna order” “that’ll cost” and didn’t even say anything like “thanks have a good day” just handed me my food and closed the window. The food was overcooked but not burnt. All that for a $14 meal. I came back from a long drive and I should have just waited till I got home to microwave leftovers. That money would have been better saved for little Caesars and id still have some money left.
You could see from the drive thru several cars trying to park and get into the lobby like I did but couldn’t get in and left the location to go somewhere else which is what I should have done.
This isn’t the first time this location has done something like this before and it’s my fault to keep coming back here and expecting things to change. It’s been going on for years.
At this point this particular location should either close down or let AI automated robots run everything because it’s a disgrace.
Not coming back to this one.

Ordered 5 things 2 loaded waffles fries, 2 tacos, and a cheese burger. Took them over 20 minutes to give my husband our order. When we got home we opened the waffle fries and they were anything but loaded… Do better people.

We went through the drive through, we Ordered other items including 2 jumbo jacks. we ordered the 2 jumbo jacks with no ketchup and what we got was 2 jumbo jacks completely plain!!! What is so difficult about no ketchup? This place always gets the orders wrong and no one answers the phone. Customer service is trash at this location. Manager is an Asian young kid, he literally did nothing, the Hispanic cook who speaks broken English got confrontational and the young Hispanic kid who took the order also did nothing. I know you don’t pay much but it is not difficult to listen to a plain order. If they can’t handle their jobs maybe they shouldn’t be working. Order total was $21.91 not worth the headache. We will not be returning.

Seems the food is getting worse and worse every time we go . The tacos were crumbly and the sourdough was awful. The meat had a bad aftertaste either old or from the day before. I remember before it was our go to place but not anymore. Not worth it .

This Jack in Box was kind of disappointing. The cashier never smiled and was obviously unhappy with her job. She dropped the F bomb to another coworker and was on her cell phone which is know to carry a lot of bacteria. She then proceeded to handle food. The food had oil dripping from it and the fries were not even hot. Not to mention there was a lot of empty boxes for napkins and the bathroom was out of paper towels.

Went today like always and order the loaded tiny tacos and i was highly disappointed today the were very unloaded. Bare minimum on lettuce sub par on cheese and sauce i guess i wont be returning. This after eating two of the ten of the taco nothi g at the bottom

Yes, its fast food, but Jack in the Box used to be better than what they are now. Crowley, Tx location, the lady that took my order my was amazing. She was an older lady wearing a headset and I believe was helping the drive-thru. That’s where EVERYTHING STOPPED. My order was basic. 4 cheeseburgers plain, small curly, small regular fry, 8 piece nugget combo, 3 drinks. People came in after I had order and placed theirs. Drive-thru was running, people are getting their food, but not me. 35 minutes I FINALLY got my little order and the guy says sorry about the wait. I honestly didn’t realize how long I had been there because I was on my phone. I hate going there, but when you have kids with an Autism pallet you go pick up food before a meltdown starts.
