This time however was very different. The guy at the speaker had an attitude from start to finish. I ordered 2 combos via the app on my boyfriends phone and picked these up on my way home from work. They proceeded to tell me you didn’t get drinks as I asked for my drinks. There is a lady with short hair and she is usually very friendly but when I noticed things were weird and they didn’t want to give me my drinks I said can we just do a full refund. The guy says he’s new and can’t do that, while sighing and giving me attitude the whole time. But THEN as I give them the bag back it rips and the lady inside starts freaking out saying it’s Mt fault the bag ripped and she’s not giving me a new bag??? She says WERE SWAMPED.
