The restaurant is not really located in a great neighborhood. It’s near a truck stop so there is a lot of drug addicts and poverty in the area. The restaurant was clean and staff was helpful. But the food was not good. My fries were stale and tasted reheated. Super greasy. My Tacos had old lettuce and lettuce should have been discarded instead of serving to the customers. I had to take the lettuce out before consuming it. I’ve provided photos. Will definitely never ever go back to that Jack in the Box. ♀️

How hard is it to understand when ordering an Ultimate bacon Cheeseburger plain but add Ketchup to serve a bacon cheeseburger plain with ketchup. I got a double cheeseburger plain with ketchup. My curly fries was the bottom of the bag just little scrap pieces. They couldn’t even give me a full curly frie in the whole Med box.

At 8:00 am the store was not open, only the drive-thru was operating. The workers saw that there were customers outside and did nothing to open, only staying open until 8:15 am.

I am SICK of locations saying they are open on the JITB app and on map apps when they are closed!!!!!! I am tired of this app allowing me to place orders for locations the app says are open 24 hours when they aren’t. I’m tired of locations leaving their open sign on when all the doors are locked and blocked off and the drive through is shut down, and the sign tells uber, doordash, and mobile orders are only available from 8AM to 8PM. I am tired of letting these locations hold my money until I have another opportunity visit the location because there is NO OTHER WAY to get a refund. People are traveling, vacationing, etc, and may NEVER be there during the REAL open hours, and even if you do get back to the location, it’s a fight because the manager isn’t there and no one else has a clue what to do, or they have the nerve to say you waited too long, even if as a truck driver or something, you’re only in that city sporadically. I’m sickened by the fact this location, right now, has my money in THEIR coffers, and will, until I can do the leg work to get back here and HOPE someone has sense enough to process a refund…its 1:30 AM, they have my money, I’m still hungry, and now I have to go to Whataburger (which I should’ve done in the first place), spend MORE money, then hope its not a fight when I DO get a chance to catch this location open to get a refund.

Well this is my 1st and last time @ this Jack in the Box. The only good thing in my order was fresh HOT fries and egg rolls , plus the guy at the counter was friendly . The tacos looked and tasted like an after thought. Lettuce old and brown, no sauce or cheese. The Tiny Tacos were so loaded almost though I was missing the Tiny Tacos.
