Lines were long but I don’t mind waiting thinking my food would be fresh. Chicken strips were hard as a rock and cold. Fries were cold there were about 3/4 onion rings but it suppose to be 2 sides but it was mostly fries. Drink was good and onion rings. Never will I ever get chicken strips or fries from there again. They really need do better with portion size and not over cooking food.

I come to this cook out location at least 2-3 times a week. I get a cookout tray with double fries everytime. For the last 2 months I have continuously only got 1 side of fries for a cookout tray that comes with two sides, that I pay 10 dollars for. If the employees would slow down & not act so miserable all the time, I feel like this would be an easy fix. Almost every time I go through the drive thru I am met with someone who seems like they’d rather fall over and die than serve me my food. It is more than disappointing and quite frankly, a waste of my 10 dollars every time I don’t get both of my sides due to lazy and rude people.

This location is awful. They hardly ever get my order right and when they do the food tastes old. Last time I ordered a nugget tray with fries and white cheddar bites. There was literally 8 fries and 3 cheddar bites .

Probably one of my worst experiences.
The jr burger we got had almost no meat on it , the last one we got was a single patty (which is fine ) but this one the meat did not even touch the edges of the bun. It was just all toppings .
The person taking the order couldn’t hear and kept messing up the information given. Which became slow and holding up the line behind us .
Ended up messing up the shake and had to have them fix it.
What they gave me was appalling, the shake had a massive crack in the cup on the bottom.
Which they put scotch tape over. It ended up spilling all over me and the car. Used my bfs empty cup to transfer mine into to further prevent mess. .
Also had to ask for sauce twice , didn’t get napkins either for the massive mess. Glad I carry extra .

I am new to the area and always saw a long line at the drive through so i figured i would give it a try. What a disappointment. Reminded me of an old 80’s commercial, “where’s the beef?” And i even got a double. Got fries with it and they were luke warm. I figure most people are in line for the milkshakes.

Never waited so long just to get a burger with no buns… the shift helped however… a few minutes later. Burger was still not made with everything… yea… three tries to get my order correct. A waste of time…
