THEY SERVE ROACHES! Very disgusted. Tried calling today over and over to speak with a manager and no one answers. Called yesterday once I saw this and someone told me no manager was there and her response to the issue is “that’s weird I’ve never seen a roach here”. I need a manger to contact me asap this is so disgusting! The roach was fried with the food!

Food is disgusting! Customer Service was horrible. They you g girl argued about giving me a full refund bringing uneatable food back and being inconvenienced. Upon returning food she should have been glad to refund my order. She wanted to argue about the drink being drunk out of. Of course I had drunk out if it because I didn’t know my food was burnt and would have to keep food until returning to establishment.

After asking for a manager, I was told they didn’t have one. Most absurd customer service ever. It appears there was young girls working there and the health department should go and shut them down. Not adhering to Health policies and regulations.
They had a mop bucket/dirty water with a mop rolling it around the area were food was being prepared and served.

Service was great I got the number 4 & my boyfriend number 26 but on my burger I asked only bacon , mayonnaise, cheese and grill onions I got everything but the grill onions I got uncooked onions eww i don’t even like uncooked onions, I was a manager in 3 McDonald’s and the best and I would always make sure the cooks was putting what suppose to be on the food, I picked up my trash but the one with onions sorry but so they can see there mistake..

I am definitely a Jack Junkie! When we leave town, I am always trying to find a close location. My daughter is not as big of an enthusiast as I am, so I love that they have breakfast available all day. Me, I am addicted to that buttery swiss, and eggrolls are always a must!! This location is challenging if you are towing anything. The parking lot is just not set up for it. However, the service was great! We were greeted right away. Our food came out hot and fresh! We will definitely visit this location again if we aren’t traveling with a travel trailer.

Worst Jack in the Box ever I would not send my worst enemy. I got the wrong item purchased and it was raw. Went back and ask for them could they make it right for me. They did but it was still the wrong item so I asked for a refund. And they said I have to come back the next morning and I did. The manager was no better she didn’t give me my full refund. I got $4 back from a $12 purchase will not recommend this location to no one.
