If you’re looking for a delicious meal, I don’t recommend this place! Besides, the service is terrible. I was there around 1 AM on January 1st, 2026, and they didn’t even have paper for receipts, so you have to check what they’re charging you for! They didn’t even take my order properly and gave me an incomplete order. It’s the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to! I don’t recommend this place, and the two customer service representatives need to be more professional and treat customers well!

I came to Jack in the Box a cpl wks ago about 3:40am, on my way to the Emb Suites hotel where I work at 4:30am ordered sm brkfst sandwiches, as Paula served me at the window. That morning, coming from my night job, to my morning job not in a very good mood. Paula greeted me at the window with the most beautiful, and sincere smile. She asked: “How are you?” Well, immediately, my frown turned upside down. Paula took the time to offer me jelly, ketsup, not rushing me off like a lot drive ups. Now! When on the way to my am job, I try to make it to J & B hoping she will be there to share her greetings with me. Thank you Paula for your great professional service! i just left this location and i don’t know who was working drivethru it was a young man with glasses and his hair was a little long but he had the best customer service!!! 10/10 i laughed the entire time i waited for my food !! i was having a really bad night but he made my night a lot better he deserves a raise !!!!

Not a place to come and dine. They have a lot of homeless people in dining area asleep all drugged up and people vaping while we eat here. People asking for money. Looks more like a shelter than a restaurant

The place is clean and drive thru is busy. I tried the new Cluck chicken Sandwich Combo and it is NOT recommendable. The meat is NOT good at all. If you want a good chicken sandwich, it’s better to go to Raising Caines, Chick Filet or even Popeyes, have much better chicken sandwiches.
