Complaint Regarding Order Accuracy and Customer Service
I am writing to report an issue with a recent order and the way my complaint was handled by the store staff.
I ordered two Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, but it was made without cheese. When I called the store to report the issue, the cashier asked the cook about the order, and he stated that he had added the cheese, which was not true. I informed them that I was already too far away to return to the store and offered to email pictures as proof. After I mentioned this, the call was ended abruptly.
I am disappointed both with the incorrect order and the unprofessional handling of my complaint. The location is not diversity.
Call back at 6:06 as of today and now no answer, refund order number 1158 Jose M. Thank you! February 19th 2026

I had a very pleasant experience at Jack In The Box. I am a frequent patron, and have to say, my experience this time might have been my very best experience ever! Jonathan F was very professional and extremely kind. I must admit I can be a picky customer and I’m sure that can become frustrating but Jonathan adhered to my requests and everything was perfect and he truly went above and beyond with his customer service. My daughter even said as we departed “wow, he was really nice Daddy” thanks to Jonathan, we will definitely be back and we hope and suggest your company trains all their employees to be as wonderful as this young man!

My husband was a cook so he’s always paying close attention to how food is made, presented, tastes, etc. He has pointed out that the food here is always made fresh, always hot, and always tastes great. You can tell that the employees really make an effort in making their food and that deserves an acknowledgment and praise. The area isn’t the greatest in the DFW but it’s not their fault and in no way does it affect the food or customer service. Just wanted to say good job and keep up the great work!

Went to this jack because it’s close to the children’s hospital which my child is having surgery at. I am from Tulsa Oklahoma so i don’t know the area. Let’s say this place felt unsafe, dingy and all around a bad establishment. I guess the cameras showing what’s behind in the drive through are supposed to make you safe. I tried to go in to use the bathroom but the doors were locked and when they opened i was informed they weren’t working. Using the drive thru i ordered and it took a while so i got told to pull up. Before i headed to the front i asked for three ranch sauces (had to ask twice). The customer service was non existent and down right uncomfortable. Well while I’m waiting for my food the employees seem to be making laundry soap deals right in front of my (i was even asked if i was interested in this detergent exchange) finally my food came out let’s say i had to ask for ranch again because it was not provided. I said thank you and the silent return to the store definitely made me feel like i will never go here and maybe not even jack. The food didn’t even taste like it was fresh considering how long it took.

Service was good but they messed up my burger twice waited 15+ minutes. Simple number 4 plain burger add mayo. They put mustard on it. Ask for a replacement after minutes they gave it to me with no mayo. I just left wasn’t having it anymore.
Changing my review to a one star so disappointing. I get its fast food and you shouldn’t expect high quality but how do you mess up my order 3 times!!?!?? I asked for mayo on my burger instead of fixing it they give me mayo packets. I did not ask you for mayo packs. Cheese just slapped on the burger

I never leave reviews but I was super impressed with my Uber eats delivery from this location. I’m in town for a week and multiple people have dropped off my food at the wrong reception counter and at the very last minute. This morning my breakfast delivery arrived 15 minutes early, and not only did they came in through the right entrance, they brought it to my room. I was mind blown how easy this experience was compared to my previous ones with other companies. I will definitely use this location again and again ❤️

Cheap fast food. A variety of foods are available. Go through the drive through for fast service. My food was hot and tasty! Nice staff. Make sure that you lock your doors and hide valuables of you choose to dine inside. There is a lot of homeless people in this area and a drug paraphernalia store (Gas Pipe) a few doors down. Onion rings are good, but not better than Red Robin. Hahaha!
