To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Zac Carmichael. I recently visited the Domino’s location at 8100 Biscayne Blvd in Miami to pick up my order. When I received my pizza, it was cold. I politely asked if it could be remade fresh.
The employee, Maria, responded with a bad attitude and refused to remake the pizza. I felt dismissed and disrespected as a paying customer. I was not rude or aggressive — I simply wanted the food I paid for to be hot and fresh.
I am requesting that this matter be addressed and that I either receive a refund or a replacement pizza. I would also appreciate better customer service moving forward.

The PM employee on 03/04/26 constantly isn’t putting liners inside pizza boxes. She does it for over a month now. The bottom of the boxes end up being soiled through with oil plus it’s just NOT SANITARY! Where’s the manager?? Regional manager? This is FL, you can’t just put a pizza on a bare box that’s been lying on the floor with bugs.. The PM employees on 03/03/26 were amazing and did everything right… It’s only the other girl that keeps skipping the liners for boxes. Disguising. The whole box is soiled and the pizza is stuck to the bottom of the dirty box.

Ordered a pizza at 11:30p and the store closes @ 1a.. I’ve called the store twice and it just rings but order was apparently done and checked @ 11:50 and has been saying out for delivery since.. it’s now 1a.. Would have rather got a call to say you didn’t have a driver or cancelled my order so I could get something else because if it ever comes it’ll also be cold now. Crazy when’s it’s been my go to spot for years but nah not cool.

Terrible service. I placed my order at 6:26 PM and after more than one hour it never arrived. I tried calling the store several times. First, they transferred me to a man and then to a woman who was extremely rude and disrespectful. After that, they just sent me to voicemail with recorded messages and nobody helped me.
My order never arrived and I have not received my refund. Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service. I do not recommend this place.

I can’t give a good rating. The rumors are true. It’s impossible to be service here. I ordered through uber eats and waiting 45 minutes before the order was canceled. At least they canceled.

I placed my order at 6:40pm. I received my order at 9:55pm. Insane. I had to call so many times to get through. After two hours I asked for a refund, and they hung up the phone. Three hours to get a pizza is just terrible service and ridiculous. They need to hire more delivery drivers.

One time I answered the door when a lady actually did bring it and she told me she wouldn’t deliver to me again because I’m in an apartment. This is literally the job you are hired to do!!!!!!!!! Terrible.

This establishment is an embarrassment to the service industry of the United States. I order, over an hour later it’s still not here. I call not once, not twice, not even thrice- but 11 times to inquire about where my damn dinner is (on my birthday) and I got: placed on hold, ignored, hung up on (5 times) and the last time they didn’t even bother to put me on hold and I was talking into the phone for 10min for someone to hear me. No one works there, no one cares. Sad, ridiculous, symbolic.
