Came in here to have dinner and it was packed! The restaurant was cleaned as well. The line was pretty fast and our food was great! The lady that helped me was really nice and patient upon being stressed (some people get it) our order also came out correctly!

The young lady at the pay window not only took my money, but she went out of her way to go get my little order and bring it to me at that window. They were backed up as usual for Jack In The Box, so she went the extra mile to move the line along. And she did it with a genuine smile. You just don’t see that care any more from most young people. 3 cheers to the owner for hiring caring young people like her. Good, fresh food too.

Workers were rude when asked to add a small fry to my order they said they couldn’t do it. And then proceeded to tell me to pull up and they would bring my order out. I waited while people who ordered after me got there food and drove off l, when I went in to see what was going on my order had been sitting on the counter the whole time and cold so I asked for hot tacos and workers again got a attitude but I got my tacos hot! Def won’t come here again first and last time !

For the price I paid I’d expect a freshly cooked lunch. Cold burger with cold and stale French fries should not be served anywhere, especially if you’re a paying customer. I probably would not dine there in the near future.

It’s the only place that’s affordable now even though the tacos are $1 each now, but originally we went to taco casa until we saw their prices and promptly left, super nachos are now $8.49!! And super tacos are how much?!?! So we left fast food is getting too expensive

I wish we could give negative stars. This is one of the worst locations. Everytime we have ordered at the drive through the attendant is overall rude, never greats us and after every item we order they say “what else”. I’m guessing employee training n how to talk to customers doesn’t happen at this location.

I have never been charged for an extra ranch dressing…until today. No matter I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order or I had to wait for them to push out drive thru orders before mine was cooked. Spent over 20$. Was there for 20 to 30 minutes and they have the nerve to charge me 27 cents for a dang ranch. Guess I need to charge them for my time and for the times they give us NO dipping sauces.
