A truly horrific location, appalling experience. There are leaks and dirty floors that have not been fixed. There was no soap in any of the restrooms (which raises sanitary concerns) and they apparently do not have any sanitizer or any replacement, which also raises sanitary concerns for the crew handling our food! The drink machine has been down for over a month with no end in sight. The food (chicken strips) I had was overcooked, fries were cold.

I actually received the worst customer service at this Jack in the Box that I have ever experienced. We dined in & he (Keben if that is his real name) got almost the entire order wring & clearly does not listen properly, but that is not the problem. He was so incredibly rude about his mistakes & got so defensive & argued with me about it. We order the same thing every time we go to the jack in the box & we know what we ordered, but instead of correcting his 3 mistakes he charged me money even though we had already paid for what we ordered. I agreed to pay for a slice of cheese since our burger didn’t have cheese & charged me for a new cheese burger without telling me & it was too late for me to pull my card out to deny the charges. So I was double charged for my sons food. Then he actually refused to give me a refund when I said never mind we will keep what we had because at that point I had enough. He gave me so much unnecessary attitude & was not helpful at all. I don’t recommend going to this location at all. They always get my order wrong every time I go there & obviously will not correct their mistakes too. Because of “Keben” my kids & I will never go there again.

It’s Jack in the Box, not outstanding, but they’re open 24 hours and the guys are usually cool. The food is what it is for fast food. My faves are the egg rolls and curly fries. It ain’t gourmet, but it ain’t bad…LOL

Reason for the one star 1st of the cashier hispanic lady was rude,on the second hand soda machine don’t work neither did they have condiments out in the dine in area and third of all they tried to charge me for a buttermilk. SMH now I know not to ever ever ever come to this location.

Completely depends on who is working there. Sometimes the food is great and made quickly. Sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes and you wonder what they are doing in there. The staff is polite and I’m sure it’s not on purpose, but someone needs to figure out what’s going on here.

My husband ordered a southwest salad and the guy taking his order had no idea what it was. When he finally figured it out, it was a complete mess. He paid for extra dressing and cheese, so they threw a slice of American cheese on it and forgot the ranch. Terrible service!

This location is very convenient for me as I work late down the street. For the last 5+ times I have been here the employees were unable to place my order because the “system is down” or they are only receiving doordash/ Uber eats orders. Don’t your waste time coming here past midnight.
