I usually don’t say anything bad about this Jack-in-the-Box but today I got myself a cluck combo and a bit into the sandwich and it taste like it had frostbite and it was cardboard texture. The fries also tasted like frostbite. I hope I don’t get food poisoning off of this. I paid $33 for cardboard sandwich.

The clerk took my order had informed me the drink machine was out of service. Then they were making my order and my fries and burger were on the tray for a good 5 minutes before the finally called out my order number. Once i picked up my order they didn’t give me any ketchup for my fries or napkins. Very bad service no wonder it has very bad ratings.

Why is it every time I go into a restaurant they make me wait and then give me old food free to the end? I asked for fresh french fries and she gave me old ones and made me wait 10 to 15 minutes like she was back there cooking you. Then she went into an oven and got old fried them. The nuggets was just about the same. Even the sandwich I ordered was old meat on it look at the food

I have been to this specific location three times now in the last 2 months and every time I have come there has been an issue. Twice I’ve come before the drive through hours closing time which says 2am an both times I’ve come and it was 1:30am and they acted like I was not in the drive through as I sat there. I get u close in 30minutes an would’ve atleast respected someone telling me you all closed early or whatever an I would’ve spent my money elsewhere but instead I sat there like an idiot an another car sat behind me an we both waited like dumb asses expecting service when there’s three parked cars in the parking lot an 1 guy taking out the trash. The first time I sat inside between 5:30-6pm a the food was cold. Idk how it could be cold when I sat inside the place to eat it. I threw it all away and kept the drink and even still came back two additional times a was still given the feeling that my money and time is not valued. Worst location ever, you all might as well close this one down. And now it’s 2am so they should really be closed now an dude should be done taking out the trash, I would hope.

I was here yesterday to place my order the person who took my order it was very polite but unfortunately the one in the kitchen it didn’t prepare the food properly there’s no cheese on the Philly cheesesteak I pay for extra cheese and potato wedges and this has happened before I get they forgot my churro’s one time and unfortunately the manager Edwin or whatever his name is he didn’t even Try to apologize or do something about it so they lost my business for sure even I used to come here a lot

Arrived at this location at 1:16am. It’s 1:38am and after sitting in line 22 minutes some rude person come on the mic and say “we closed”. It’s 6 other cars behind me and the staff was to rude to tell customers prior to us all sitting here for a long time. No reason behind closing early. No apology just nothing at all. I will never come to this location again.
