This was one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had at this location. I’ve visited this place many times throughout the years and have NEVER been treated this way. I ordered 2 breakfast combos and the drinks are supposed to be a regular or medium size drinks. Today they gave me a small size while charging me .60 cents extra per drink. Why am I paying extra for a drink that’s a size for a kid?! Don’t bother calling them or the corporate number because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Never going back to this location the service was poor as trash. I asked the young girl what’s going on with the drink size she tells me oh they changed and I’m like to myself….umm no they didn’t stop lying! You’re being a racist at this point because everyone else after me and before me were receiving a regular size drink. So I go back in to talk to a supervisor or manager. The same girl lies and says oh she’s not here. She lied AGAIN! I kept asking for the supervisor because every shift has one. So finally she calls up the supervisor that was sitting in a corner talking and she’s just as bad. Mind you they’re all Hispanic and I’m black. She walks up doesn’t acknowledge me doesn’t apologize for the mix up no customer contact. Mind you I’m being polite and nice I smile and spoke and asked how she was doing no response. She asks the girl that served me at the window IN SPANISH what happened but never asked me what happened or what she told me. Then she just gives me the right size cups and said here here. They should’ve did that at the drive through window instead of lying. I kept my cool and was very polite and kind to them regardless of how they treated me. It’s sad you can’t even go get food to eat without being mistreated. Jack in the box this needs to me handled they were very unprofessional. If they treat me like this with the drinks I don’t know if the food is safe enough to eat! I get home and check the food and the tacos look like someone threw it up WHAT IS THIS!!! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!! Total waste of money. Do better please!!!!

I went to the drive through to be told they couldn’t take my order and I had to order from doordash because they are almost out of food. This isn’t the first time these clowns have done this. I’ll never spend my money at this dump again

You usually don’t expect much from fast food chains but my experience was great. My order was accurate and prepared nicely.
EDIT:
Man for some reason the only times you don’t check your bag at the drive thru you end up missing things. Check your bags for the accuracy of your order after you receive them people.

I stopped in for breakfast since my hotel breakfast was unappealing. They happened to have a $5 deal which included a breakfast Jack, 3 French toast sticks and a hashbrown. So I got that along with an egg roll. Everything was very good and an excellent deal as well. There’s no JITB near me so I stop in whenever I get the chance and they never disappoint.

Everything was ok until I got home and realized that I got loaded potato wedges instead of jalapeño poppers. My curly fries were fresh and hot on top and cold as heck in the middle. It is a late night so I don’t feel like driving back up there to complain so I have to trash them and just lose my money. I thought this location was better but it’s no different than the others in the area….

This location is usually my “go to” late night stop when I’m not feeling the Golden Arches! Lines aren’t usually long but can be as it gets later. Customer service is usually good, nothing too great or above the norm for a fast food place. They usually get the orders correct although I didn’t get the “halfies” fries with my Muchies Meal (they only gave me the regular fries not a mixture of curly fries). But other than that, no issues
