Got my order wrong not once, not twice, but 3 times. And they were slow and not busy. Avoid. Ione item just had the condiments wrong and they threw it in the trash. I didnt want that food wasted. I just wanted them to add the missing stuff. Then they forgot to give me new fries because after 30 minutes mine had gone sweaty stiff and cold. This place is horrible. Never again. NEVER

When door dashing waited fifteen minutes, I nor the other dasher would even get spoken two the same two cars stood in the drive way. One girl came out the cooler after we were there for 8 minutes. And the other just stared at us occasionally while we stood at the counter and she fried food.

Bean burritos were not hot. The flour tortillas were tough and the beans were dry. My wife ordered a taco without meat, however, when she got home from picking up our order, there was meat in the taco.

Rude service and when I went into the restaurant because my sandwich was wrong and they didn’t put my cheesecake with my order I noticed the guy that had just came back in after smoking Didn’t Attempt to Wash his hands. I’ll never go back to this restaurant.

Went to get a jumbo jack combo at this location, received a double jack, and the curly fries aren’t all that curly, they tell u pull up in front the restaurant, and wait for your order , after waiting the order still not correct, and the curly fries not really curly, and the soda beverages tastes flat, and don’t put much ice in the drinks

The manger was very rude & disrespectful. When I placed my order she was mad & responded “I hate making breakfast” then when I pulled up to the window she was talking about me to her coworker, when I ask her what was the problem she responded “I’m pregnant the head manager always leave me short handed & tired of them” which is not my problem and very unprofessional!

I always order from here and most of the time they do a great job today I ordered cheese potato wedges and instead of them communicating with me that they were out of wedges they gave me fries which would have been okay, I mean they’re pretty much the same but the fries were fresh but they were not they was so hard and stale even the sauce on top didn’t softened it my bacon ultimate cheeseburger with dry like old Patty’s head been used that have been sitting up for awhile the service was fast but now I see why.
