This was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had, and it has nothing to do with delivery person this was 100% on Jack in the Box.
The fries were old, brown, and tasted like they had been sitting out forever. The chicken nuggets and churros were just as bad — dark, stale, and soaked in nasty old grease that clearly hadn’t been changed in a long time. The food was overly salted, not fresh, and literally inedible.
My large shake was a complete joke. It was half full and already melted when I got it. I live literally ONE minute away, so there is no excuse for that at all. That tells me it was either sitting around or made incorrectly and sent out anyway.
The burger was missing items AND was ice cold. Again — I’m one minute away. There is no reason food should be that cold unless it was already sitting there or thrown together without care. This felt lazy, careless, and disrespectful.
This wasn’t a small mistake it was multiple issues across almost every item in the order. It honestly felt like they just didn’t care and sent whatever out the door. I paid full price for food that was low quality, poorly prepared, and not worth eating.
If you’re ordering from this location, don’t waste your money. The whole night crew needs to be fired this is a good lawsuit if the workers aren’t talked to because food safety is no joke! The way this food looked made me gag and you can be unalived from food poisoning especially older people.

Food was pretty good. Not amazing, but pretty good fast food. My sourdough bread was quite squished & a little soggy on my grilled chicken sandwich. The regular fries needed some salt. All in all, the meal was fin and tasted good. The workers were awesome and followed our requests accurately. I would go again.

Shout out to Diamond! I work overnight and it’s usually a hassle getting something worth eating once I get off at 4AM. I decided to stop here with crossed fingers and was met with extreme patience and great customer service only to find out Diamond was the only employee at the time. It’s hard to find good help but I believe y’all have a true gem(get it).

The only car in the parking lot at 715 am for over 5 minutes. I am told that someone will be with me in a second. 723.am and no one has asked for my order. Drive thru (building and concrete) needs sweeping and power washing. No food ordered didn’t get service and left at 725am

The customer services is always poor at this location. I wouldn’t know what the food tastes like because the staff is rude and just laugh through the speaker instead of taking orders.
