We just went through the DT and ordered a number 11 large with regular french fries and I wanted the popcorn chicken Big Box we’re curly fries when we got to the window was told they only had spicy left so I got three chicken strips in a medium curly fry I have yet look at the burger or chicken strips but these what we got for fries I would have gave a no star if it would have let me the service was very slow one girl was sitting over in the booth laughing and playing like two other people were working I’m very disappointed and Jack in the Box. T you could tell that the curly fries were old they were called and crunchy and tasted like old grease they was not even filled to the top. We got home and tried our sandwich and like I said we ordered the number 11 this is what my husband got supposed to have lettuce tomato and bacon did not get any of that I would like the district manager to contact me thanks

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service, horrible food, 20+ minute waits for wrongly made orders. Attitude when informed order was wrong. Missing those nasty tacos too!! They fried all the cheese OUT OF the mozzarella cheese sticks. The lobby and tables dirty AND THE Drink machine was missing 75% of the selections when choosing your drink. Back undercooked !!
Then turned around and waited in drive thru for over 15 minutes for a to go order for my great aunt & uncle who are hospitalized with out even being acknowledged even though it was us and one other car!!

Ordered a dinner via Jack-in-the-box mobile app (used T-Mobile free ‘Jack burger’ Tuesday). Upon entering the parking lot, two cars were present. Entrance door to business was locked and drive-thru roped off. The app accepted my order and charged my credit card. Knocked on the door with no response. Another person drove up and stated this location often closes early and sometimes not even open during the day. Per the pics, no customers nor employees are visible. Very poor customer service and should not be able to order via app if location is closed. I have sent an email to the headquarters so will see what response (if any) is received. Avoid this business.

Routinely cannot have an experience here because it’s closed. Or the drive-thru is open but I don’t want to use the drive-thru, and despite the posted hours, the place is just locked up without any sign even saying sorry, closed, etc. As I write this review, city police is confused and annoyed by that, five other people parked, pulled on the door, and looked around wondering why it was closed.
I guess I’ll just add it to my list of places that technically exist but I can never go to anymore because I can’t trust they’ll actually be there.

First time to this location in many, many years. Pulled up to drive thru, where you order: waited, waited. Said hello a few times, waited some more. Finally a man came on I ordered club ranch chicken sandwich.
▪︎When got to window to pay a very nice, pretty young lady, great smile by the way. I payed for my food. While was waiting outside the window, Middle aged man, made comment about the window being left open, so she shut it.
▪︎ Then the same man, opens the window, and tells me a total: i advised I had already paid, still waiting for my food that I ordered, then he turns percedes to leave the window open, the same thing he had just gotten onto the young woman servicing me. (mind you, while the window was closed earlier).
▪︎I watched a Row of cups “Around 6-8” Fall on the Floor, they were not all covered in plastic sleeve “Maybe only 2”. I even told the young lady, when she gave me my order, that I saw him, I thought had to throw them away, thus was not at home, where you could maybe use the ( 3 second rule).
▪︎Sorry don’t think that works here, with greasy floor of Fast Food, and what was funny, as I was Driving Off, I saw one of those cups, shot back out of the holder onto the floor.
▪︎I pulled around to a handicap parking spot, to open my food. The chicken looked fine, but in what country is lettuce white.
▪︎Who ever made my sandwich gave me a piece if white lettuce, the piece that should have been thrown in the trash, never placed on a customers sandwich.
▪︎So corporate office, needs to check in on this location, to give ☆Kudos to the young lady at Drive thru Window, and they need to train the middle aged man.

The spicy chicken sandwich was actually quite good, better than I was expecting. Better than other fast food burger places.
I’d skip the tacos if I were you, they were really unappetizing. Once you peel the paper sleeve off the soggy taco shell, you’ll find exactly what you’d expect from a Jack in the Box: questionable “meat”, wilty lettuce, and a half-melted Kraft single.

Store on i35 and Johnsons Dr, lady on purple drop a bag on the dirty floor and I told the girl by her about it and her response from the purple lady was – ITS NOT EVEN HER FOOD- and still put food in the bag.. and when i told her she said she put it in the trash but I saw her put food on the same dirty bag… this 2 ladies doesn’t know what they are doing at all… the girl try to charge me extra for something I didn’t order and I told her why you charging extra… her response was – oh I don’t know, it’s my first day– the only person that looks like it knows what she was doing it’s the other lady( African American)in the back that was making fries.. she fix everything.

This place only gets 1 star because no stars is not an option!! Absolutely disgusting!! Dirty inside/out staff was dirty and the inside smelled like hot sweaty socks. I grew up on Jack and this place ain’t it!! The people are clearly there just for a paycheck and it shows. My burger was sloppy, cheese was just slapped on and hanging off the sides, the burger was also cold. What are they doing over there?? Shut this place down already!!
