It has been years, before today, since I had visited a Jack in the Box. Today, my family and I were hungry and tired of left overs. Low and behold, Jack in the Box was the only place in town that was open so thats what we chose. The line was wrapped around the building and people were inside waiting. But honestly? This was probably the best experience we had ever had at ANY Jack in the Box weve ever been to. We were greeted within minutes, and promised they would be with us soon. This team that was working was AMAZING!!!! They worked together AS A TEAM! The guy on the fries took our order, and even though he was trying so hard, it did take a few minutes to get it right. But he was so kind and patient instead of getting flustered. During our meal, we saw several different people taking orders and jumping to different spots on the line just trying to pitch in wherever they could. I did not expect kind and patient employees today because it was 7pm on Christmas Day. I was pleasantly surprised at the positive atmosphere the employees created today. Lord knows I would have lost my patience. So thank you all so much, it was an amazing experience, even though it was busy and a holiday.

This was the only Jack in the Box location open when I was coming through St. Louis, and the young woman working the drive-thru made it fantastic! She was professional, kind, and went above and beyond for simple service. She got my food out quickly and had me on my way, and made it feel as though I’d just talked to a friend I hadn’t seen in a while. Cheap food, great service! Highly recommend this location.

I am beyond frustrated with this location. It is always something. Either there’s a rude, passive-aggressive sign posted about customers, or my order is wrong and items are missing. Every. Single. Time.
I have records of calling over 20 times to speak to a manager about missing food and no one ever answered. When I finally went back a week later, the manager casually told me, “We don’t answer the phone.” Excuse me? That is completely unacceptable and beyond unprofessional.
If customer service is that much of a burden, then maybe this isn’t the right job. It shouldn’t feel like a fight just to receive the food you paid for.
The only reason I even return is because there are limited options in the area. If we had more than two locations nearby, I would never step foot in this one again.
I’ve also reached out to corporate and have yet to receive a response, which is just as disappointing. At this point, it’s clear customer concerns are not being taken seriously.

I just wanted to say something positive about this location since most of the other reviews are negative! I had an excellent experience when going to this Jack in the Box location for lunch!! Went through the drive-thru and it was SO fast. The lady working the window was super nice and friendly. Food was fresh and I got it right away. They even decorated the store for the holidays. I will say that the county Jack in the Boxes are WAY better than the city locations. I actively avoid the city locations now. I’m happy I made the drive out to this location. It was worth it!

Just came from the Hospital feeling overwhelmed and stopped in to pick up food for kids with money I really didnt have. My mood was changed with your drive thru server. Zach was wonderful in the ordering process and very kind in the treatment and transaction at the wondow. Yes Ma’am and great jokes. He read the room right in such a short time. The atmosphere was changed and hot fresh food was a win. Customer service isnt the same but…like good for you as Managers for seeing a gem. Im embarrassed that I haven’t ever written reviews bf…good or bad. He just needed to know that today… he made our day

Waited 25+ minutes in the drive-through with only two cars in front of me. The car in front of me did have a large order, but I didn’t expect to have to wait for my food as long as I did after having to sit there. Condiments were not offered, no napkins in the bag, and the fries were borderline cold

So I ordered a couple of orders for me for pickup. Bags are sealed. I left the one for my family member sealed. After driving around 7 miles from the store, she opens it and finds out that half her order is missing. I called the store it takes a few times to get an answer. I talked to an employee and told him the situation and how it would be an inconvenience and not cost effective to go back up there to get a $3 item filled. He pretends he’s like a baby crying and hangs up after I say I want to talk to a manager. I call back and Ian answers and refuses to tell me who mocked me and acts like he doesn’t know. Who is in charge this place? Is it corporate policy not to fill orders and then when a customer calls back and complain to ridicule them? I look forward to sharing far and wide my experience until this location gets it’s “stuff” together. Someone with the immaturity to mock a customer over the phone w/o hesitation would be the same type to spit in your food if they are annoyed with a customer and think no one is paying attention. Who hires these people?

I already replied. So, how many replies do I have to fill in? I mean I don’t want to waste my life away because you can’t fix a $2.99 mistake. I guess losing a customer for life is worth $2.99?

It took about a half hour to get food at 12:45pm on a Tuesday. There were only 3 cars in front of me and I had to wait around the side of the building while others behind me got their food ahead of me. When I eat, the fries are cold and chicken strips are skimpy at best.
