Came in today and apparently one of the cooks walked off the job so the food took forever which was ok. But getting home and splitting the food up I realized I was missing an entire meal. My kids had their food but I had nothing. I was missing tacos and a burger. The burger for my child had NO condiments on it so it was dry. My daughter’s meal box had the wrong sandwich with it and the two tacos it came with….she gave me one and they tasted like chemicals. I spit it out and got sick. Something isn’t right. So 30.00 of food that went straight to the trash. Oh and the two dr. Peppers tasted flat and like diluted soda. Complete waste!!!!

Yesterday afternoon (2/25/26), I went through the drive thru and received probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at the Elm location. When I pulled up to the speaker, whoever took my order only said “what can I get you” in a very annoyed tone. I understand pleasantries are limited in a drive thru, but I still expect better than that. From there, I got the buttery smash jack combo and specified no bacon. Bacon should not come on it, but I always specify due to my allergy. My fiancé got a bacon double smashed jack combo. Both combos were with curly fries. My fiancé wanted a side of cheese sauce for their fries, which apparently jack in the box is unable to do. So I asked for and paid for cheese to be on their fries. I also ordered a chocolate cake. I shouldn’t have to paw through my whole order before leaving to determine correctness. When my fiancé and I got to our next errand, we discovered I was given a cheesecake instead of my chocolate cake, and their fries didn’t have cheese. We went back to the restaurant, told them what happened about the cake (we decided the cheese just wasn’t worth the annoyance we seemed to be causing the employees already), and the drive thru woman took the cheesecake BACK THROUGH THE WINDOW (massive food safety violation there) and gave me my cake. When we got home to eat the rest of the food, I discovered I was given the wrong burger. The burger I was given was loaded with bacon that I can not eat. Ultimately, my fiancé ended up with two burgers, and I just had sad fries and overcooked tiny tacos. I ended up going out again and just getting food somewhere else. I think I’ve learned my lesson and just won’t be returning no matter how much I love tiny tacos.

Ordered dilery through their app and was missing half my food. If you Order through the app the only way you can report missing items is to call. When you call it rings once then tells you they are unable to take your call and hangs up. So I went to get the rest of my food in person, bag of food in hand that I actually and my recipe. The woman didn’t even believe me that I was missing items even though I had my bag and recipe. Like if I wanted to drive all the way up here I wouldn’t have ordered delivery. Idk what you gotta do around here to actually get all the food you ordered and payed for, but I know if you’re in the mood for Jack in the box either fully go in person or I recommend a different location.

At 830pm I went to the drive through to order, multiple cars were in the line pulling to the window. As we got to the ordering area, the lady on the speaker says “are you picking up an order” and we said no and then she yells “We closed”. Really? Do better.

I would have been served faster at a sit down restaurant. I have been here 25 mins and I’m still waiting for them to take my card for payment. The word hustle and customer don’t seem to be a thing here. Won’t be back. I mean yall hurting that bad you cant even Tre Dre a drop the sauce on the wings…. Wow. Glad I have my receipt.

Tonight 10/16/25, 8:35pm I was told at the drive through that they were unable to take any orders due to being short staffed. There were no other customers waiting nor were any customers inside. However I noticed what appeared to be 2 employees chitchatting in the kitchen. I’d figure that 2 people could manage to prepare 1 meal to serve a customer. Just wondering how many more customers they already had turned away. I rather spend my money with someone who is willing to earn a paycheck.

I went to get food yesterday morning, and the older lady (I think she’s new) told me I couldn’t swap bacon for sausage. She had the most unfriendly voice. Another younger women jumped in and told me they could. The younger woman took over the rest of the order at the window while the older woman did nothing. The younger woman was very nice. Food was good. No issues. Then I went this morning. Same older woman came on the intercom to get my order but a man took over for her. The woman honestly looked high. She stands there doing nothing while the man worked around her. BTW, the man was amazingly personable. Great employee… promote him. However, my food was revolting. I got the platter and before I looked at the food, I grabbed a piece of bacon and took a bite. I chewed and chewed and couldn’t get through the bacon. I spit it out. Then I checked the rest of the food. The eggs were OLD. In the picks it looks like I have cheese on the eggs… nope, that’s old, crusty, solid egg. The pancakes were rubbery, and the hashbrown was old. Do people there not know when their food gets old they shouldn’t serve it? Or how to identify old food? What a waste of money. At least I got my large drink… though it cost me $8.

I came here yesterday at around 5pm to eat dinner. I ordered loaded tiny tacos which were made well and tasted good however I do have a couple of complaints. There is this woman who works there who continued to ask me about the negative review I put on here a couple months ago which made me uncomfortable. I appreciate that she wants to improve but instead of asking me about what I said in the review and what was wrong with my experience, she should’ve taken the feedback and not of asked me about it at all. It was also weird that she continued to ask me about the review and what I said in it when the answers to her questions are in the review. As mentioned before, the food was made better but I think there could be improvements in what I already mentioned.
