Don’t bother going through the drive-thru after 1:am unless you have nothing else to do for 30-40 minutes. I Put an app order in and finally got my order after retelling what my order actually was then only to have him grab my order off of a tall rack that had probably sitting there for a while. Nothing like a cold Jumbo Jack and 8 potato wedges for over $4.

Just visited this location and I won’t be back. Smash burgers are not the same anymore. I don’t even know what that was and my buns were wet, over sauced, fries cold. Not for 30 bucks. That dam combo almost 20 bucks and I just threw it out. Definitely won’t be back or referring this location and it’s only 2 blocks away. Prices rising while quality is declining. Just tired of wasting money and time.

Very unsafe food delivered to us tonight! Served us two uncooked sourdough jacks with cold patties and burnt snotty lookin old and cold stuffed jalapenos, forget both our tacos and no one can answer to resolve our issue… Ridiculous and unsafe food, beware! I am contacting the St. Louis City Health Department so hopefully this won’t happen again! Someone could get sick if they ate this… Jack n the Box owes us a full refund.

Too many times I’ve gone to this location to have certain items missing from my order or to just sit at the drive thru with a promise to take my order but then long waits hoping I’d just leave. If you go later at night, you’ll be liable to be told that they are only taking door dash orders. Sad location.

Honestly it’s not that bad.. the wait can get a little long sometimes. But the only thing that makes me mad is that this place has always served breakfast 24/7. It’s your thing.. and I like breakfast.. but every time I come here at night they always say the same thing no matter who’s working. “Not serving breakfast”… every time.. is there a particular reason why or is it just this location..

I ordered a Large Oreo Shake on DoorDash and I did not receive it , I ordered a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger Meal I did not receive any bacon , tomato , or lettuce on my burger the fries were hard , overall my complete order was made incorrectly and I did not receive some of my items I payed for.

I’ve come to this location MULTIPLE TIMES after a long shift and they never answer. So many cars in the drive thru and they claim they are not open when advertised it’s 24 hours. I CAN SEE THE EMPLOYEES INSIDE AND THEY ARE REFUSING SERVICE TO SO MANY PEOPLE.
