Found hair in my biscuit. Made me pull up and wait. Girl brings food out and no drinks. Acted irritated. Brings drinks and no straw. Found out there was no sauce in the boxes. This is why I think it’s pointless making people pull up. Would have been way easier at the window.

Everything was fine until I got up to the window to pay. Could barely get there as there were two cars blocking the area waiting for their food. Got my food and then couldn’t get out of the line as I was blocked in. Once I got to work, I went to go eat my biscuit and it wasnt what I ordered. I ordered 1 egg and cheese biscuit and got 2 bacon biscuits. Very disappointed with this visit

Not sure who set up the kiosks but some items are not even able to be ordered successfully because of missing configuration options. The workflow is absolute garbage, but if it functioned customers would at least be able to consistently use it. No matter what, you just cannot select or edit sides on a combo, but you can proceed to pay without doing that. The options are completely missing for what I tried to order.

Order the 5 plus 5 a leg and a thigh beans and tea. I get home have a wing and a breast that i don’t eat. Another time didn’t get the bread another time chicken was burnt. I use to love Bojangles better KFC Popeye chicken. I will never eat there again i should give a bad review everyday i wake up.

Did a mobile order. Did the “arrive” option on the email that was sent and waited 45 minutes, eventually just going inside to see what was up. They finally asked what order I was waiting on and turns out they never made it. Also, out of legs. I literally could have made fried chicken from scratch in the time i waited there. If you’re looking for quick and easy look somewhere else

Chicken was overcooked. Maybe it’s my tastebuds, but not much flavor in the chicken or the pintos. Recipes may have changed. Not as good overall anymore. I went for the $5 after 5pm deal. Gonna stick with 7-11 wings.

You often, more often then not have fresh food, the biscuits that I have had were hard on the outside, so I feel they were not as fresh, and you tell me all the time that the bo bites or 3 piece dark order is fresh and I have not gotten s true statement on that, I feel that it’s programmed from your associates that they all say it just came up when I see and taste it not to be so… i will give updated version because I failed to mention your team was polite and sweet to me… but the food is to be desired than to be devoured…

Ove the past 2 weeks, my family has had the worst experience at this location. First my mom started have problems with overcooked food, half full fries. I was craving bojangles so I got a 12 piece, over half the chicken pieces were just crumbs. I had like 6 pieces of chicken regular size, and 6 the size of a dry black bean. I’m serious. It happened to me twice in 2 weeks, my mom who stops by there after work has been 3 times and had 3 bad experience. Since the new location opened, they have had pretty bad service but the food was fine. Now it’s terrible service and terrible food. I was talking to my aunt yesterday, she mention out of no where, she wasn’t going back.so I told her our experience. We’ve all called to let the manager know, all the do is apologize and offer another order of whatever they messed up. We don’t want free food. Just the right portions the first time and the quality food we paid for.

I came with my grandparents to eat inside about a week ago and the girl taking out order was rude, she had no emotion at all and wouldn’t even say yes ma’am or no sir. Then today I ordered DoorDash from here and the fries were stale. I paid 2 dollars to get cheese on both of my gravy biscuits, which weren’t in there. I then also had no straws in my bag for my drinks.
