Went to Jack in the box in High Ridge Missouri for their “Hot Mess” meal. The fries were cold, the burger only had 1 jalapeno on it (& when we asked for the onions rings on the side they said they would & then didn’t even put them in the bag)! It was also supposed to come with 2 tacos (per meal, we ordered 2) & their were none in the bag! I would make sure to check your meal before you leave, cuz they are gipping you!

Came to order a Sourdough Jack… we’ll they were out… im sorry but thats literally the #1 combo… No one’s perfect so moving forward see photo below this was my second option….. who decided that an egg burned to this extent and probably cooked on a dirty griddle good enough to put on someone’s sandwich. Im grossed out by this experience… this is not the Jack n the box I grew up on period… and they forgot my hashbrown with it….

Went through the Drive-Thru late at night. I ordered the #1 Sourdough Jack and they slapped it on a regular bun didn’t even give me a receipt so I had to go back through the Drive-Thru just to get my receipt by that time I was so annoyed I decided to wait until the following day to take it up with management. I think it’s shady when a fast food restaurant doesn’t give you a receipt in the first place.

Need to stop hiring kids who think its more important to be on their phones instead of doing their job. My food was done and setting by the window for 10 minties while the little girl sat un the office on her phone. The kid who made the food just set it there and got on his phone. Mind you there was a line of people behind me. When the little girl finally came to the window, she proceeded to play woth her hair instead of hand us our food. Should never have to wait more than 10 minutes in a drive thru

I enjoyed a New Years lunch here and nothing beats a good jack in the box taco! I had great service and a freshly prepared meal in about 5 minutes! Really enjoyed it and hope this location stays open for many years to come. I see negative reviews because thats what people post most often, never the good experiences. I support local and Ill patronize this location always. Even on their off days. We all have them.

Went through the drive thru. It took 17 minutes from the time I pulled in till I got my food. There was 1 car in front of me. I ordered 4 tacos, a wrap and curly fries. I only got 2 tacos.

I’ve been eating Jack in the box tacos for over 40 years and these were by far the best I’ve ever had! The employees at this location should teach a class on how to cook the tacos! The shells were the crispiest I’ve ever had!

Two days in a row my order got messed up and I believe that the employees need to pay attention more to details of orders because they always get my orders messed up when I asked for something spicy and they gave me something original instead of spicy and it’s happened to me twice in a row. Plus I ordered a sourdough jack And I didn’t get the right buns nor did they tell me they were out if they were so that way, I would have the opportunity to select a different burger. I ordered spicy wedges and somehow got spicy cheese sticks and I’m not a fan of cheese sticks. Then the next day I ordered. A spicy wrap and got a normal wrap and I know how some people feel about pickles. I’m not gonna lie. I’m very upset with this place. And don’t feel like calling back to get my order replaced once again Because somehow they end up messing up my replacement order to when I give them the receipt too
