I recently visited the Arby’s located on Hill Road in Pickerington, and my experience was nothing short of impressive. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. Their service was quick, organized, and very professional, making the entire visit feel effortless and enjoyable. Even during busier hours, the team handled customers with patience and efficiency, showing that they truly value great service.
One of the things that stood out the most was the calm and relaxing atmosphere inside the restaurant. The dining area was clean, well-kept, and had a peaceful vibe that made it a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Whether you’re grabbing something on the go or eating in, the environment feels welcoming and stress-free.
And I have to talk about the food—especially the chicken. Arby’s at this location serves some of the best chicken sandwiches and tenders I’ve had in a long time. The chicken was flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right, with a crispy outside and juicy inside. Paired with their sauces, it’s truly amazing.

Would give zero stars of possible. Our sandwiches looked smashed against the wall. The customer service was not only bad but attempting to be combative. “we’re out of curly fries”. How does an Arby’s run out of curly fries?

They do not serve coffee. And they were out of curly fries. I ordered a number five, the big cheesy bacon. First time ever got a sandwich that has bacon in the name but not on the sandwich. I guess they can try better next time.

Waited at the drive thru longer than I should have, there was one car at the window and one at the menu board ahead of me. The guy in front of me waited 2-3 minutes before being waited on. Ordered one sandwich, fries and Coke. They didn’t have any catsup and rather than a coke I was given a root beer. Not a big deal but how hard was my order

Bourbon brisket sandwich was delicious I will definitely do that again. Classic roast beef good as it always is. Service was very slow and interrupted twice while taking our order. The staff were trying hard, but it appeared they were understaffed for the amount of business they were handling.

Arby’s is Arby’s – ok for a quick bite on the road – on our visit this location was under staffed (early afternoon on a Friday) 2 workers – 1 working both takeout and front register and 1 working food prep – we ordered through drive through / order was prepared incorrectly and had to return to correct (regular roast beef was served instead of supers we ordered) however the mistake was taken care of promptly
