Just a garbage situation nobody in drive-thru, but your inside is closed so seriously you can’t do 2 separate orders right? And for the unfortunate last 15- 20 minutes other than the one guest sorry my bad this is fast food customer, lack of good help and poor service I’ll take my money elsewhere!

So disappointed with size of chicken on jacks spicy chicken sandwich. For a $7 sandwich this was more the size of a junior chicken sandwich. I imagine the jr is the size of a nugget since this was the size of a flat tender. I also requested no cheese or mayo. Guess the mayo part slipped and they just scraped it off when realized. Good thing im not allergic.

I went to 3 different jack in the box and was told they weren’t doing any orders other than door dash and mobile orders. And when i finally found one The tacos are greasy, they gave no wait time I sat there for almost 15, 20 minutes. I asked for hot sauce and they gave me some sauce in a tiny container.

Came to pick up my mobile order. Munchie meal. Curly fries AND tacos. They forgot my tacos. You guys have done this multiple times. How hard is it to read a screen and put the correct items in a bag? (It’s not). Now I paid $12 for a regular combo. Thanks for wasting my money yet again.
Since this has happened multiple times, it’s obvious to me that the management doesn’t care and isn’t training or watching any of the employees. Allow me to do your job and train your employees.

Placed mobile order for large fry and six tacos. Showed up at location five minutes later. Not busy, no wait. Tacos are dry, no taco sauce on them.
No sauce packets in the bag. Fries were hot snd delicious.
Tossed the six tacos and ate the fries.

Just take the extra time to drive to a diff location. My order always seems to get messed up, attitudes, no matter how much time I let pass before retrying this location. I sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes and nobody said anything to me until I spoke first.
Update: 2 months later decided give them another chance, 10:50 am and lobby is closed.

Fix my order and was very professional and nice so I do believe the deserve this the whole shift that was working on DECEMBER 22ND 2025 around 5pm and they wasn’t the ones who messed up but went ahead and fixed it you guys keep up the good work

I try and try to give this location a chance.Its always an attitude from the workers when you ask them to do something again when they forget it the first time. No matter what time you arrive there they’re gonna hate you and mess up your order. Just close this one down

Line was long but they slowly processed the queue, took our order promptly (for some reason the order taker had a lot of trouble understanding me). Confirmed order, waited, pulled up to the window, handed over our apple Juice boxes but not my drink. They made my drink but it was so full it was spilling and was comical because it kept spilling. The attendant was very helpful and we slowly got the spilling under control.
Then… the dreaded words of any fast food place “Would you please pull up?” About 8 minutes later our food made it to us. It was delivered with a polite smile. All food was cooked to order and very warm. They even gave a variety of sauces for our chicken strips. With the politeness and attentiveness they managed to pull out of the 3 star to 4 star rating to me. Then, my sons order was wrong so unfortunately they lost a star.
