Trucker passing through✌️ and decided to stop in because Jack in the Box is a nice change from the McDonald’s, Subway and Arby’s that we’re usually offered at most chain truck stops. Glad to report, that I was not disappointed. We went in when it was pretty slow so, we were served fresh hot food I ordered the Bacon double smashed jack, absolutely delicious The staff was great, we’ll be back next time we’re in Troy

They take awhile to serve your food that’s thrown together. Why do people come to this place? The tacos are garbage and the hamburgers have no flavor. So far everything I’ve tried is not good at all. I would hesitate to throw this food to a raccoon

Don’t sleep on the spicy chicken sandwich from jack in the box! We don’t have these back home, so it’s not my usual fare, but I was delighted by the crunchy breading and juicy chicken. The spice level is perfect and the tomato and lettuce were fresh. Today’s experience rivals my chicken sandwich experience at CFA, Popeyes, and is 1000x better than a chicken sandwich from McD’s. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still fast food, but this was a thoroughly enjoyable and ultra convenient stop today.

Open 24 hours in the same parking lot as a truck stop with over 100 parking spots. You lock your lobby at 10pm ?? What a ignorant business decision!! The genius lady mopping the lobby told me I could walk the drive thru. I drive a 18 wheeler and I am not walking a drive thru !

Dining in experience was pleasant, the girl at the register was extremely nice and she also was making sure the tables were clean, since you know how some people leave them. The food was delicious and the fries were hot.

There some employees have 0 iQ or i would prefer say there is in negative they close there walk in store at 10 i believe I’m still not sure because they didn’t even bother telling me that i literally knock that driver thru window for like 5-7 minutes and they were standing right next to it the door was not locked and when i opened that window that’s when they bothered asking me what do I need and when i try to place my order she said bring a car first to place an order i’m a semi truck driver how am I suppose to bring a car they we not busy no cars in the drive thru basically they were so busy using there phone didn’t want to work so they just made an excuse again no common sense at all if you’re not doing something there are no orders just take my order i pay you make money i don’t go hungry problem solved but no i need a car first crazy experience and the temperature outside was 28F and the crazy part is she told me to wait for a movement let me ask my supervisor never came back my request to management is that please please hire some intelligent people I’m simply angry because if you don’t want to service me atleast give me some logical reason so i can understand

if there is an white PT Cruiser outside dont go, she make the worst food imaginable. I would rather go to the glen carbon location or the Collinsville location. There have been times were i pull into the drive thru and the say “sorry we are closed” while having 5 people working, or they will say that the PT Cruiser lady is the only one working, as well they lock the doors after a certain time so no truckers can order. This place needs new management and new workers. Or just shut down. My order has never been wrong but the food has been old/stale and burnt and over cooked.

We have always had a good experience here. Tonight was a bit different. We waited over 30 minutes for our order. When we came to the counter to find out about our order, we were greeted with “what’s your problem?”
Those were the exact words we were greeted with. Our order looked thrown together, and at least 3 items were made incorrectly. The customer sitting next to us said she wouldn’t be back. Her order was also incorrect after a long wait.
