Not too bad. The staff is strange. Sometimes it seems like there’s only 2 people in the whole place. Other times it seems like there’s a million workers on top of each other. People are generally really friendly. Food takes a few minutes but is always made fresh.

Made a mobile order came thru to get it 5 mins later just to get my burger and both of the buns are hard so is the cheese and patties that are on it. Literally hard as a rock. And nobody at the restaurant is even answering the store phone. Not very satisfied at all.

Could hardly even understand the worker when she greeted us she talked with a lot of “attitude” then we get up to pay and no one was in front of us OR behind us yet we were told to pull to the front. After at least 5 min she brought our small order out to us. She was flirting with my fiance until I leaned forward and she saw me then she quick turned to go back in. Once we left and got to our destination 3 min away we got our food out. We ordered breakfast jack, the bottom bun of all 3 were so stale they were hard, part of the ham crumbled when we tried to break the hard part of it off. This location is just trash!

No sourdough bread it on a bun Fry’s was cold tacos no extra lettuce and no sauce personal beliefs handed us the wrong person Food . I recently stopped by Jack in the Box, and I have to say, I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I gave my order through the drive-thru. The customer service was top-notch—every employee I interacted with was attentive, polite, and clearly cared about making sure I had a great experience.
I ordered a burger, and it was exactly what I was hoping for: fresh, hot, and made just the way I like it. The bun was perfectly toasted, the patty was juicy and flavorful, and all the toppings tasted fresh and crisp. You can tell they put effort into preparing the food right.
Overall, I left completely satisfied, both with the delicious burger and the outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

They had a store closed sign on their order screen. I was stuck behind another car so I knew they weren’t closed. I told the girl at the window about the sign and she acted shocked about it and said they’d take it down. If they were open then why was a sign saying “store temporarily closed” put up in the first place… sketchy.
