I shocked myself and ordered something else besides my usual Ultimate Cheeseburger. This visit I tried the, Classic Smash Burger Combo. It was a nice change of pace, but I love my Ultimate.
The Classic Smash was a 1/4 lb. smash burger with American Cheese, Pickles, Grilled Onions and the new Smashed Jack Sauce. The combo came with a soda and fries, but I upgraded to onion rings. The smash burger was good, I liked Jack’s Smashed Sauce. The onion rings were typical fast food rings, I’ll go back to fries the next time I order.
The service was friendly. When I went through the drive-thru I was the only car. Once I placed my order, about a half dozen other cars were in line behind me. I did have a wait for my food, but that was okay with me. When the associate at the window handed me my bag of goodies, she apologized for the wait. I told her no problem, at least I knew it was all fresh.
I don’t frequent fast food restaurants that often, but when I do, Jack is one that I think of going to.

messed up my order, did not listen in the slightest, called up to attempt to remedy the situation lady on the phone was rude & hung up on me would not fix my order & I could smell weed coming from the inside of the store. Absolutely terrible service will not be back when night shift is there

This is not a place you bring your family or kids. This is Somewhere where you go in you’re starving and you’re tight on cash. I ordered seven tiny tacos got three in each bag when I thought they were supposed to come in a container?? Online it said I got one avocado lime juice sauce packet for each tiny taco. The lady only gave me one when I asked her specifically for the amount I’m supposed to get. Also forgot to give me my drinks that I ordered. I stopped going to the one in Washington to go to this one but I’m done w/ jitb!!!

Fly instead of Fry’s . Lol and the The cheesecake eventually grew mold while being completely sealed in room temperature.. I would love to know if it’s bad mold or good mold but it was pre-impregnated. Lol. Try the Jack box website doesn’t load.. what’s there to discuss? Just go in there and look for yourself. Clean this place up and do your own test. Leave one of your sealed cheesecakes out in in a room and see if it grows mold and that means you got mold inside your manufacturing facilities or something I don’t know and then test it. See if it’s bad mold. That’s all you guys can do really. G good luck Good luck

I’m not sure how the food is but the restaurant isn’t the cleanest and they are also rude to DoorDash drivers. They don’t speak or say hello when you first walk in or apologize for the ridiculously long and unnecessary wait times. I honestly hate every time I have an order to pick up at this place. Get better workers who are more kind and friendly and maybe put the ones who prefer not to speak to people in the back making the food

I used to be a loyal customer to this jack in the box. The employees were horribly rude and the tacos were always soggy, but Two tacos for 99 cents made it totally worth it. After taking a trip to a much higher cost of living area I saw their tacos were still two for a dollar! If you want my money either make the tacos cheap again or make them fresh!

Genuinely the worst food I think I’ve ever had. Usually it’s alright, but our fries must’ve been 2 days old and reheated. The Dr Pepper literally tasted like sparkling water. Requested specific sauce NUMEROUS times, still not sauces in the bag

& stressed and the inside is dated and greasy bc it’s so small & grease has to go somewhere. However, my order was correct and hot and perfectly greasy (all tacos). Sadly, the app doesn’t let you order extra lettuce or more sauces, but that’s not the store’s fault.

By far the nicest jack in the box compared to the one in uptown Alton, but food just lacks.. like I wouldn’t order these “chicken strips” ever again, they’re not even the size of chicken strips & it’s mainly just coating barely any chicken.. disappointing!
