Food used to be at least 1 1/2 times larger than it is now at Jack in the Box. I really believed that they gave me the wrong bag when I opened up the bag with the”supreme” croissants in it. They make the croissants smaller now and the size of the ham is similarly smaller. It was definitely not worth the $4.79 price for one. We also purchased jumbo jacks. One jumbo jack used to be almost too filling. Now they are equivalent to a whopper junior from Burger King. The drink bar left much to be desired. They were out of coke zero, diet coke, and Strawberry Fanta. They didn’t have sweet tea or unsweetened tea. There were no medium lids.
The bathroom trash was overflowing. There was a new roll of toilet paper but it hadn’t been started and it was so thin it tore every square. I finally gave up and went somewhere else. The dining room didn’t have a bunch of trash everywhere but every table had crumbs on it. I wiped down two tables so someone else would have a clean place to sit. The dining room trash cans were empty. That was nice.
The entire store only had two employees most of the time we were there. One worked drive thru and drinks and one worked the grill and the fryer. That means no one was n earshot to help anyone in the dining room unless a customer yelled. We had to yell twice for service. When we did, an employee came and took care of us immediately. They were doing an excellent job to the best of their ability. They were just way too understaffed. Just before we left a third employee came to work.
We have not been to a Jack in the Box since 2019 and I was really excited to see one in our travels so I made the stop. The only exciting thing about the restaurant was the cute cup.

Im originally from Texas and visiting the area from East Tennessee where we have lived for the last 3 years. No jack in the boxes near us, so any time im in an area with one. We stop. I came by yesterday. Let me just start with who ever is taking orders at the speaker is so so so freaking sweet. We came back today, and I new it was her by her verbiage. Absolutely a doll. Food was great. I mean HOT and delicious and tastes just like home. Best non Texas jack in the Box. Hands down !

Decent over there got great taco better then the place that has taco in the name. However asked for a coke and received a fanta without telling me they were out of coke. Got a Dr pepper instead. And huge pothole when driving in so watch out

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME & DON’T come here after Wednesday lunch time because according to them “we run out of stuff and trucks don’t come in till Friday”. Literally only a handful of the menu that you could order. No coke, no sweet tea. Literally everything we ordered was “not available till the truck comes Friday”. According to the rude cashier/“one of the managers” she said “our regulars know we run out of stuff”. Well we aren’t “regulars” and quite frankly don’t want to ever go back there again.

In my 27 years on this earth absolutely the worst fast food experience. Don’t ask me how I know but Alpo actually tastes better, and for a third of the price. Cold, pasty, rubbery, disgusting, and about as authentic as a $7 bill. No exaggeration, I would literally not even feed this to my dog.

The girl that took our order name was… I think..Juto. not 100% positive ( I’m bad with names). But she was absolutely amazing and had amazing customer service! Jack!
