I waited quite a while for my food, even though I had already placed my order, on the mobile app. I went after dark and the drive through area was dark. I didn’t feel comfortable. When you start driving through the tight, enclosed entryway, you can’t drive away. You must continue to the drive through window. It was a little creepy,
The service at the window was fine. The food was expensive and not good. The burger had very little flavor and reminded me of cardboard. We won’t go back there.

Surprisingly not bad! The white guy up front was super helpful and informed me of everything they didn’t have before I ordered. (Likely due to weather). Everything I ordered was made to order so that was . Not cleanest of establishments but im not visiting to use the bathroom.

There’s literally sewage all over the floor, it’s coming from the restroom and it’s everywhere .
Imagine the cooks and workers that use the restroom, and then carry all that sewage with them to cook your food, wow!!!!

Came here today with my friend to have a lovely lunch we got the burgers, the tacos, churros, cheesecake and both of the new drinks. The drinks were outstanding so were the cheesecake and churros probably give those eight out of 10 the burgers were two out of 10. The tacos were hard and old didn’t use shredded cheese. It just threw slices of cheese so I’ll give those a good two out of 10 probably would never come back.

There new drinks are amazing. Me and my friend got the Red Bull in fusion and twisted lemonade drink which were both great. The burger was probably a five out of 10 the tacos were horrible the churros were pretty good. Probably won’t come back but maybe if I’m feeling desperate

We ordered in the drive thru as the dining room had closed at 9pm and it was 9:44. We were there until 10:21pm. The employee was nice enough but there were only a total of 3 cars ahead of us. Each of the cars ahead of us received one bag of food as did we. I’m my opinion 37min for a kid’s meal (that doesn’t include a toy ), a burger and a drink isn’t really “fast food”.

First time EVER having Jack In The Box. Stopped here while taking a break from doordash. Got the Bacon Swiss Butter Burger & an Egg Roll. Probably the best Bacon Swiss burger I’ve had in a while, and fast food Egg Roll? It wasn’t the best, but it was still good, Crispy, and honestly blew my mind. Next time I’m in Hermitage, I’ll definitely be back. Need one here in Lebanon!

I hadn’t been to a “Jack In the Crack” for over 30 years, so I can’t begin to tell you how excited I was to accidentally find this West Coast favourite on our mini-vacation to Nashville!!!
My wife is from England and I was telling her about “Jack In the Crack” stories from my days back in Los Angeles.
I usually used to just hit the drive thru, back in the day, but I wanted to take advantage so we went in.
First impression, the dining area was spotless, that bathrooms were super clean and the people who worked there was digging on my “Jack In the Crack” vibe.
My wife ordered a breakfast platter, because it was like 10am, but I had to go with the burger and fries. It was all delicious!!!
I know I am way too hyped about this Jack In the Box, but I don’t care. So many things change over the years, it’s just good to see that “Jack In the Crack” hasn’t!!!
