I don’t know how the Heckle Blvd store in rock hill sc stays open.They are constantly out of everything. Takes forever to get through the drive thru. Menu is great ,food is good except sometimes. I personally think they need new management. How can these problems be constant. Good management would not allow this.

It’s got good food but check your stuff before you leave because if they mess anything up you can’t be refunded if ordered through the app. On top of that, if you come at anytime other than 12-2am, it’s so severely understaffed that you will be waiting atleast 15 mins in just the drive thru, it’s atleast 2x that wait if you order inside. I highly recommend going to the qt across the street instead, you’ll be in and out in less than 3 and just as satisfied.

I didnt even get a chance to try the lunch menu. I had the breakfast earlier at the locatipn, self serve kiosk was down. Even if it wasnt fixed by lunch there was no warning label about it. I know because 2 minutes into standing in line i realized the older man in front of me hadnt ordered or had any idea about the self serve kiosk. I had to flag down who i assumed was the shift manahet who gave me attitude about having to take a manual order. I had to point to the older man and say he was ahead of me despite clearly being in front of me. I waited 5 min after the old man no acknowledgement. I flag her down a second time and she ask did i need something. I start my order and she cuts me off to focus on drive through and id have to wait. Bottom line go to QT, its across the street and your out in 5 mins with people that understand CUSTOMER service.

Went through the drive through ordered 5 combos. Get to the window and after a while the lady starts to hand my drinks, I asked for drink trays. She hands my two drinks in a tray then starts to hand me the other drinks. I asked for another tray and she hands me one still folded up and said I’m by myself and I would need to unfold it. I then said I’m missing a bottle water. She said I didn’t charge you for that. It was the drink with one of my five combos I replied. I pulled around and checked my food. I’m missing a fry and nuggets. So I go in. There was one car behind me and one customer inside. Not busy at all. I go to the counter and tell the lady what I’m missing and she said I didn’t charge you for that. I show her my receipt and said yes the top two are nugget meals. She was non to happy but had the cool make more nuggets and gave me my missing food. A company is only as good as the people representing it. In this case the lady has a bad attitude was combative and rude. I really don’t think she wanted to be there at all. Maybe she should get a job where she doesn’t have to deal with customers. Absolutely horrible! On top of that my sourdough sandwich’s bread was hard a rock like it had been left out for days. Couldn’t even eat it. Do not visit this establishment.

It was okay. We did receive our order in a timely manner however part of our food was just thrown together. She gave us 4 sauces for 10 tacos, we had to ask for more. That seem to be a problem. We asked for sour cream and she replied very nasty that they didn’t have any. She gave us one ketchup….wth?! And the loaded fries just looked thrown together!! We are out of towers, so we definitely won’t have to visit thus place again!!

The staff at this location is the worst. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve pulled up at 8:00 when they open, and the employees and manager don’t pull up until 8:15. If you come later in the day, they only have 2 or 3 people so you sit and wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I’ve honestly never seen a slower fast food location.

I hate leaving low reviews, but unfortunately, this is warranted. I tried placing a mobile order for the first time—first mistake. The website directed me to the nearest location, which was this one on Heckle. Never been to this one. Don’t let the appearance fool you. When we pulled through the drive-thru, they told us our order wasn’t started yet. The website said it would be ready in 7-9 minutes, it took us over 10 to get there. So the employee told us to come inside. We were handed cups to the Coke machine that only had 4 drink options, everything else was sold out. We sat inside and waited OVER 30 MINUTES for our order. When the employee that greeted us noticed we were just standing around he finally asked if we needed something. Yeah, our order… In total was stuck waiting over 40 minutes for 2 fish sandwiches and sides. After we left, realized they forgot our fries! I’m very disappointed with our service and I will never return to this location and will probably never use the website/app again. No point in ordering ahead when they wait until you get there to cook it then hold your food hostage. The quality of food was fine.
