I didn’t know about the gremlins promo and ordered the late night snack box. Everything was fresh but they forgot my midnight sauce and had to go back in. Other than that the crew was amazing and friendly.

we passed by here on Sunday 2/15. Only one man was working the entire store. He was busting his butt too! Poor boy couldn’t catch a break. The experience was slow, but that’s not his fault. You guys need to do a better job keeping your restaurant staffed. The poor boy (late teens, early 20s?) is overworked & probably underpaid for doing the work of 4-5 people. The food was great, his service was great. 5 stars for him personally. 1 star for the management. Keep your restaurant staffed and look out for your employees!!!

Came in this afternoon during prime lunch time. There wasn’t a soul in the building, besides myself and the other 8 family members that were with us during our travels. We ended up with over $120 worth of food. These employees were incredible! They were kind, the service was top notch and they managed to get every order right. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly as we ordered it. This was easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place! Definitely worth stopping in!

Now this Young Man that was at the drive thru and in the kitchen working definitely didn’t disappoint me on the politeness and he deserves a raise too. He is a superb worker and the food was excellent a lot of restaurants could learn from this wonderful worker and the food was excellent!!! Thank You for serving the Truth Seeker this morning ❤️

Waited 25 minutes just for a chicken sandwich. Very very very slow. Bathroom looks like a men’s dorm room after a keg party. Very disgusting. Only 2 people working. They definitely need 4 more people in this place . Chicken only fit on half the bun. Very small piece.

This was our first time trying Jack In the Box. I placed order online to pick up in drive thru to bring home and I was a little disappointed. We ordered six of the two pack tacos. My math says that should have been a total of 12…we only got 8. The biggest surprise though…my daughter ordered a Jr Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger. When she went to take a bite…there was no burger!! Tacos were ok but not something I’d go out of my way for again. Not a good first impression at all!

So the internet stated open one at 7:30am the pic attached states drive thru open at 6am. I arrive at 7am waited until 7:30am to drive thru and regardless of me speaking no-one answered. This is not the first time or the first review. I just want to know the real open time, is there a manger on duty at this time and do you know what preparation is? No drive thru time should be as long as I’m still waiting. The young lady in the other pic was nice and slow unprepared on what they were out of until order was made. This location sucks.
