Jack Brown’s is a bar that happens to sell a really fantastic burger, and the menu is purposefully simple. Our 100% American Wagyu burgers and unique and crave-able. We always stock an exciting variety of craft beers, ranging from local darlings to rare beers around the world. Our staff is the special sauce that brings all of this together. They have all been trained to guide you through the world of craft beers and crazy burgers and to make sure you have a good time. The Atmosphere was amazing! I love the decorations!!! The server was great! It did take the kitchen like 45mins to pop out 5 burgers and some fries though. It was not even that busy, and with as simple as the menu was. One would think it wouldn’t take that long. I had the Cobra Kai burger which was good, but it was just very small for the price, and for as simple as it was. I just feel like they could have jazzed it up with a better bun or something, but that’s just my opinion. Fries were good, but they don’t have any type of ranch in house. Which I’m sorry, but that’s just unacceptable in the south. Even Chinese places have ranch. Just a little crazy if you ask me. They have their house sauce, but if you don’t like Big Mac Sauce or onions, it’s not gonna be for you. I personally found it to be good, but still not a suitable substitute for ranch. All in all its good bar food. Nothing to write home about, but it’s good. Not very filling, but decently good. A grown man could easily smash 2 burgers, and a basket of fries no problem. That’s about what it would take to fill you up. To be honest, the food would probably have been way better if I were drunk, but I was sober. So I guess I just need to try it again drunk and bring my own ranch

Food tasted great. Burger tasted good, but was a little small for the price. Fries were excellent and sause was good, I do feel the sause would have been better cold. Wait staff was very polite and had great recommendations. Cook staff was proficient, but I witnessed the assembler ( person putting the food together in the baskets) touching face and glasses while handling food. Over all good food and really cool place to eat.

Been to Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint Chattanooga twice and loved it both times. On December 6, 2025, we stopped in Chattanooga on our way to Pigeon Forge. Was four of us. Everyone loved their burger. Prices are reasonable. Service is good. Fries are Crinkle fries and are delicious.

We were vacationing in the area and this restaurant was recommend to us. We were told to eat a burger with peanut butter. We thought YUCK!! OH MY were we wrong. The burger we ordered was The Elvis minus cheese with a side of jalapeño jelly. Can you say explosions of magical taste in your mouth!!!! This place not only had delicious burgers, but great beer & on point service. Definitely recommend and would eat here again if ever in the area.

Shoutout to Maddie & Gray — hands down one of the best burger stops around. The burgers came out hot, juicy, and loaded with flavor, and you can tell they care about quality. The fries were on point too — crispy outside, soft inside, exactly how they should be. Service was friendly and quick, and the whole place had a laid-back, welcoming vibe. Definitely a spot worth coming back to if you’re craving a legit burger and a good experience.

After spending 12 hours on the road we got to our hotel around 10pm. Not sure where to get some food we used Google to find a restaurant. We decided on this place. I am glad we did. We got there around 10:30pm. The place wasn’t busy nor slow. The atmosphere was nice. Our server did a wonderful job. We asked her a few questions and she was very helpful. The drinks were good and the food was awesome. Very quick service from both areas. I had a good feeling about this place. Any place showing Star Wars on the TV can’t be to bad right. I would recommend this place. If we are back in the area we will definitely be stopping there.

Stopped in for a quick bite and some drinks. Nice dive bar atmosphere with a decent selection of beers. Got a cheeseburger and some fries. Cheeseburger was a bit small for the price, but big on taste! Their housemade sauce is like a fancy version of Big Mac sauce, definitely get some of that on the side! Their fries were crinkle cut and came out hot and fresh. Definitely a great spot to hang out with friends or kill some time.

The burger was juicy and flavorful , the cider was delicious and the sweet potato fries were some of the best! My waiter, Colton was very polite and personable and checked on me often. An overall great experience.
