Maybe I am an Italian food snob since I was raised in NYC and there are an abundance of great Italian food restaurants. I went here with my family and can say in a whole, the food is fresh. But some of the dishes were not up to par. I didn’t order the philly cheesesteak, but it was overcooked and looked dry. The salad was just some plain iceberg lettuce with a couple slices of red onion, 2 cherry tomatoes and 2 olives. It doesn’t have a NY flavor that I am used to and I would only go back if my family really wants to.

I truly enjoyed my experience here. We were seated immediately. Our waiter was amazing, from the moment we placed our orders, our food was at our table in no time. We ordered the Gianna’s pizza meat lovers and lasagna along with wings. Everything was made to perfection. This place is truly a gem and I cannot wait to visit again. Highly recommended.

We visited on Friday around 1 for lunch. I had never heard of this place and thought we were just grabbing pizza to go. I was greatly surprised by the extensive menu, decor, and full bar. We had calamari and mussels for the appetizers. The Calamari was some of the best that I’ve had in this area. Fresh, well seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The mussels with the fresh bread were amazing as well. I got the blackened tuna (cooked medium) with the Caesar salad and my husband got the veal piccata. I didn’t love the veal dish, but that may be personal preference. The portion sizes were huge and the staff was very nice. Even with the crowd we were in and out. I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.

Husband and I try this place for the first time and it did not disappoint at all, customer service down to our server was great, our server was super sweet I had a hard time trying to figure out what I wanted she recommended me the Penne Pesto Genovese and it was really good, we ordered some appetizers of mozzarella sticks with a delicious sauce. This is one of the best Italian I have tried in the Hampton Roads. Interior was super nice and such a cozy feeling we will definitely be coming back thank you guys again !

The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The portion size was huge. Plenty of leftovers. We had calamari for appetizer. My son and I loved it. I had Penne ALA vodka with chicken. Sauce was flavorful and rich. My son had pasta carbonara… not on the menu.. but they will cook it if requested, and they have the ingredients. He said it was very, very good. Next time, we’re gonna try the pizza. They have a loyalty program you can join as well.

We were looking for a close inexpensive date night location, and found just the place. We started off with an appetizer and two Caesar salads, I loved the Caesar dressing. The baked ziti was phenomenal. My husband got a vodka sauce dish which he really liked as well. We were so full we didn’t have space for dessert. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back!
