Prime rib was fantastic. Salad was very good as well. Service was great, very professional. Drinks were good as well. Other than being inside a casino this is a very good restaurant. I would highly recommend checking this place out. I will eat here again if I’m ever back in the area.

We just got back from a Valentine’s Day dinner. My husband and I have not been out for any Valentine’s Day in years and when I checked out the website two weeks ago, the prices were half the price of when we got here tonight! I absolutely checked the website two or three weeks ago and the 6 ounce fillet was about $26. When we checked in tonight, it was $45! We had our reservation for four, with myself, my husband, And brother and sister-in-law.
My brother ordered a prime rib. After waiting 45 minutes just to get the prime rib and 30 minutes to get one round of drinks, my brother received his prime rib that was gray! The prime rib was so overcooked he sent it back and Show me when he received the second prime rib it was raw! At this point, we did not want to deal with it. They were trying to “make a statement.“ Well, they made a statement all right that this place is not fit to come back to and I would not recommend this restaurant at all to anyone! Jack Binion’s,, thank you for making the one time we come out for Valentine’s Day and a night out when we’re trying to celebrate, making it the worst dinner experience, EVER!!

The bread was good but the two types of butter served with it made it that much better, great salad, brussel sprouts were delicious, the ribeye was tender and juicy but lacked a lot of flavor, great atmosphere and the service was amazing, our waiter was great and very knowledgeable about the area.

This was my first time at Jack Binion’s and the service was amazing walking in! Our server, Rachel was so kind and gave great recommendations for our food! The food was PHENOMENAL! My scallops were cooked to perfection, the lobster scampi was out of this world. Very nice and elegant atmosphere, perfect for date night!

Jack Binion’s Steak House (at Horseshoe Casino) in Council Bluffs, Iowa, was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long while! All 4-courses of this meal were absolutely fantastic! The tables were all very clean and the guests seated according to social-distancing guidelines (as of Feb 2021). Jacob – our server was very attentive and friendly. Overall, I was extremely pleased with this dining experience. I will definitely return to this restaurant on my next visit. Thank you!

Above & beyond is the phrase I’d use for my experience. Rachel was our server, every recommendation she gave was spot on. The head chef was on expo the whole time being the last line of defense personally before sending out. Always something I look for to know the care of the staff. Absolutely appreciated and noticed.

Went to Jack Binion’s to kick off date night with dinner and drinks. We were seated exactly at our reserved time. Cory provided exceptional service! Started with the best cheese curds with spicy marinara that I’ve ever had! Enjoyed a perfectly prepared NY Strip for dinner with a side of bacon crumbles and asparagus. I have nothing but great things to say about Jack Binions! My husband and I have been going here for date nights about once or twice a year, for a couple of years now. The food is amazing! The staff is always friendly and professional! The deserts are really good as well!! The meals are served a la carte and the sides are served family style. You do have to walk through the casino floor to get to the restaurant, so children or not allowed and they do allow smoking on the casino floor which can either be a plus or a downside to anyone. I really enjoy the atmosphere once you get into the restaurant, with its dim lighting and velvety decor. I will keep coming back to enjoy a great dinner and the cozy atmosphere!
