Worst dive ever. Been coming here for years and tonight will be the last. I came in here to have a drink while waiting for my Thai food from next door. This extremely rude bartender snapped at me because I was not ready with the type of bourbon that I wanted when she walked over to me. I had literally just sat down. She then tells me she will come back while I figure out what I want. There are less than 10 people in the bar. Next sue comes back and I tell her I want Willy’s bourbon and the lady could not find it on the shelf. I tell her exactly where to look and she then criticizes me for not calling it by Tue correct name. She says in a rude voice “you know it’s called bighorn” and I respond by saying “if I knew it was called that I would have said that which is why I pointed to the bottle”.
In my 46 years I have never been treated this poorly by a bartender in my life. This place is a total disgusting rathole and I will never return.
I hope this crappy place goes out of business!

If I could leave less than a zero, I would. My husband and I are in town for a wedding this weekend, stopped into this spot because it was recommended, and after ordering one drink a piece, handing over our card, a bartender approached us and told us that she recognized us from here and Manhattan (?) and proceeded to tell us we had walked out of two separate bars months ago and did not pay for tabs at either…. Excuse me ma’am … I don’t even live here and I work hard enough to pay my bills, as does my husband. Maybe if yall didn’t drink on the job and obviously over serve your booze, you could keep people straight. Moral of the story is, do not go here and God forbid you apparently favor any other person in the world. I’m so disappointed because I was so excited to see this area! Shame on you blond haired, heavy set bartender….. get some glasses. I would have gladly spent my money at a small town bar. Never again.

We always have a good time at JR’s. We went there as a group after the funeral of one of our closest friends/ family.. he loved JRs. We used to sit at the bar and watch football, have a few beers. They let us host a fundraiser there a few years back for a coworker. Such great people. Great business. Plus, the bathroom was clean

I am giving this place a 2 because the band was good. The bartenders hate their jobs, over charge, underserve and have terrible attitudes. After ordering 3 or 4 drinks, I still had to tell him what I was drinking and after 10, not even a Buzz. One time they charged me for a double. My nephew came to get us, had 2 drinks, got pulled over and blew a 0.00 They are plainly ripping people off. My husband ordered 3 snake bites, which you can usually light on fire to entertain your friends and they were so full of lime juice, you could not.

Great bartenders! Amanda, Sarah and David very welcoming to a new comer! Reasonable drink prices and nice atmosphere. Karaoke on Wednesday and Friday nights with Stacey!! Lots of great voices!

Nice bar. Has pool tables, which is why we went. This is where the locals go. Not full of college kids. Bartenders were on top of it all night. Quick service and a clean and friendly atmosphere.
