I ordered from here in the past and the quality was good but this very last time I was extremely disappointed. I usually get boneless and it seems like they just take chicken breast and chop it up now and throw any sauce on it. Attentiveness to the instructions on the Uber eats order wasn’t there. Ordered two flavors, got some weird sauce covered in either fibers, hair, or maybe string of some sort?? I mean just about every single one of them had it and I realized three or four bites in. When you ask for crispy fries and instead get soggy fries. Bummer. I even called asking if they made sure their cooks wear hairnets and that they’re staying clean. My phone number and name were taken but I just wanted everyone to be aware about the quality of food going down overall.

I ordered some Garlic Parm. wings…. I specifically asked if the wing sauce was wet. When I opened my wings, it looked like the cooks opened the Pizza Hut parmsean packets and sprinkled it all over the wings. I literally am so shocked. It tasted like cheese and fried wings. But everything else was really good. Just don’t order the Garlic Parm… ever.

They use a service for takeout and delivery called Cosmic Delivery. I ordered food from their apps bridge location and the delivery service routed to this location. When I received my confirmation, I immediately canceled my order. They claimed they couldn’t refund and I needed to be refunded through cosmic. Cosmic was willing to do so, but this location claims they made my order and wouldn’t refund it. The order was canceled within 5 min and routed incorrectly. They are refusing to refund me even though I have the employee on recording saying they lied about making my order, which should also be irrelevant considering I never ordered from here. Both Cosmic delivery and this place are garbage.

Regretfully, I paid 12 bucks for reheated leftovers. First off, the girl at the front counter seemed like she was half asleep and after she took my order she went back and sat down and rested her head on the counter. Secondly, I would have never eaten here if I would have read the reviews first. It was next to the UPS store where I had to mail something so I thought I would grab lunch here. The chicken tenders I got were hard as a rock and dry once I broke them apart. Then I tasted them they had the leftover chicken taste. If you’ve ever eaten reheated chicken then you know exactly what I mean. So between the rock hard texture, dryness, and the flavor, I knew they had been reheated. I’m very disappointed. I won’t be back.

Update: $35 for 20 wings and a side of fried rice!? I feel that is a little too much even with the inflated prices we are seeing lately.. service has gone downhill since my last review and now prices are outrageous for some tiny wings and rice. So that’s the end, won’t be eating here anymore…

The gyros were decent too, though I find myself coming back mainly for their wings. The variety of flavors and quality of the food are impressive. The restaurant’s ambiance is casual and comfortable, perfect for a laid-back dining experience. Service could be better at times but I appreciate them taking payment over the phone so I can just grab my food and go. Nevertheless, if you’re craving wings and fried rice, this place is worth a visit!
