At Izzy’s Brooklyn Bagels, we serve you the finest quality in kosher deli favorites. With fresh and natural ingredients, we rekindle memories of the best corner delis of Brooklyn and Manhattan. We offer you homemade delicacies, such as kugel and knishes to rugelah and Black & White cookies, we use only fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. Our menu consist of dairy and parve items, shipped directly from our specialty purveyors across North America and baked daily in our overns. All with kosher certification of the VAAD of Northern California. Our menu also offers a feast for vegetarians and vegans.

Best bagel shop in the entire Bay Area. I took my girlfriend here and the look of joy on her face when she took the bite of the everything bagel with cream cheese brought even more joy to my face. My own pizza bagel reminded me of my favorite childhood shop in New York.

I had the most delicious Hulk style bagel from Izzy’s today and it did not disappoint. I scarfed it down in minutes and it kept me full all the way until dinner. My order was ready in under 10 minutes and the staff were down to earth and genuinely friendly. The vibe inside was just as good, the customers all seemed happy to be there.

Great bagel place, they serve quality bagels. We tried everything bagel, one with cream cheese and other with egg & cheese. I must say the bagels were soft and amazing in taste, we also tried cappuccino and their regular coffee and it was good. Their prices are reasonable and the service is quick. They have variety of bakery items but not a single gluten free option. Last, personally I felt that the welcoming nature towards the guests was missing, for someone coming in for the first time, they could suggest some options to try. Although, the bagels were great in taste, definitely coming back.

Decent meal, but also kind of disappointing. Bagel was fairly dense and barely warm. The outside had a bit of a crunch, but I kind of wanted a bit more. The cream cheese was decent and they didn’t skimp out on spreading that stuff. For the price, it’s an ok way to start the day, but probably a once in month sort of deal.

NY style Bagels day at Izzy’s bagel.. The bagels by itself were good (we had everything, multi seed and sesame bagels with raw red onions), but the cream cheese lacked flavor. We went with high hopes but the place didn’t hit the mark. The vegetable cream cheese in particular had a very gritty taste. The cucumber scallion cream cheese was my favorite. We also tried the jalapeno and chive cream cheese. They no longer sell roasted red pepper cream cheese. Might try again just to confirm. Disappointed customer . Service was decent but what would you expect from a NY style bagel place.. have to be quick even in California time is money.
