This place was wonderful!
You have to be careful not to go out of your budget in the grabbing frenzy.
This place was clean, well lit, and most importantly the food was fabulous!
The service was a bit slow- but to be fair most of this restaurant is self serve.
By the end, my friend and I had acquired quite the collection of plates (including some on the fun robot!). It was a great experience and we will definitely be returning!

The do not have free wifi. They did drinks, silver ware, chop sticks and explain the tablet to order. I had to ask for refills. They were not on it. The rotary was fun. A car brings you the order. Everything is labeled well. The extra shrimp option is awesome.

First time eating here. Frankly, we weren’t expecting much but were pleasantly surprized. The menu variety was huge, and the quality was superb. We had sushi, nigiri sashimi, fruit and veggie salads, desserts such as creme brule, almond cookies, cakes, puddings, sesame balls, and more. They had 2 or 3 beef sushi offerings. The pickled cucumber, red onion, and tomato salad was particularly good – cold and refreshing. Everything was fresh, and they take precautions to prevent contamination of the food. If you don’t want to restrict yourself to the rotary bar offerings, there is a tablet men which offers many more dishes. You cannot go hungry here, no matter what you might want. Moreover, the place is fun with the delivery train, which we didn’t use, but watched it come by, rotate on the track, and go back the other way. Izumi is not cheap, but for what one receives and the quality, it’s well worth it. We’ll return soon.

Wow! What an experience! The concept of conveyor belt sushi is revolutionary. You can pick what you’d like off and/ or order directly off the menu. Ordering off the menu adds to the experience, as a robot brings your order directly to your table. The sushi was some of the best I’ve ever had. This is a place that I plan to go back to again and again.

I have always wanted to go to a place like this. I never thought it would be in town, and I was so hyped for it. We went there earlier for lunch and as soon as we walked in, my eyes lit up at seeing the line of food moving across. I enjoyed it so much! Definitely coming back again and trying more menus items. I honestly hope this place stays open for a long time! It’s so refreshing to see other cultural food places in Springfield!

We are from 1.5 hours away and have driven here three times now! It is so fun and so yummy. I dont even know where to begin with this review as there was so many good things to mention. Very affordable and very tasty food. A must try for anyone in the area! You can order from the kitchen for very hot and fresh options or grab a plate from the conveyor belt and enjoy endless options. Pay by plate you grab, super easy. My bill for my wife and I and our son and his three friends have been right around $100. I had about 45 little plates and two or three entrees from the kitchen. A TON of food! I left (almost) miserable from the full belly. GO EAT HERE!

Great food at reasonable prices. Start off with a Dinner bowl which are under $15 each, and a meal in itself, then add sushi or dessert if you are still hungry. Its easy to spend less than $25/person. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed!

One of the best places in Springfield ⭐ everyone is very friendly and the service was good.
As an asian lady, the food is good but it’s just the typical sushi that I always ate in other places, nothing really special, but I love the desserts! Esp the one with the caramel (I forgot what it’s called lol) .
I also hope they’d tone down the sauce in the charsu don bowl, it’s too much of a sauce for me that I barely taste the meat anymore.
But overall, it’s still good. We love to come back and we definitely would recommend this place
