Great fast service every time! I order often because I work nearby.. but it’s sooo nice to dine in.. the good is so tasty! I love their sushi because everything taste fresh. The combination plates are a great price and great portion for lunch specials… and the scallion pancakes are a must have! Don’t leave without getting their fried cheesecake:)

First and foremost i will give credit where credit is due. But as a black customer i didn’t enjoy the dine in service. The food was good it tastes fresh and quality. But the actual service what i had an issue with. I went out with my family to have casual dinner and enjoyment with my mom, grandmother and gurl friend. However the server wasn’t necessary rude up until the point as to where we were being heavy watch as we waited for our food and as me and my family dine in eating our meal that took quite a long time to come. I felt watch because as a black customer i notice the whole rester-aunt dine in majority caucasian family particularly Then we were seated in the very front of empty establishment away from the other family. And the 1 server stayed next to our table. How ever she did ask us 1 time if we were ok. She watch us the majority of time rather just keep coming check if that was the case. Then after about 30 mins of eating cause i got there around 8:26 we didn’t receive our food until about 9:00 which i understand good food not rush. But we barely finish our food inside as though she overheard or conversation about taking some food to go home. The store didn’t close until 10:00 and the server did seem to be only worrying about our table. And brung us to go plates before we even ask for check or even decide if we was going finish out meal inside the establishment. Im sure it not because they were about to close. Cause a white family of 2 had walk in. And not even been service yet. So i felt me and my family was rush out.

It’s hit or miss, apparently depending on who is in the kitchen. For the most part, one of the better Asian places, bt far better than the buffet place down the road. Both Sushi and traditional Chinese dishes are excellent.

great California rolls I love them. decent price compared to some restaurants around jv and Mohegan… I love the lights great idea with those.. fish are cute and cool! , alot of reviews here are up and down. I like it here , looks like it changed!

The food at emperor Asian cuisine was good but
the staff was rude and rushing us after we paid to eat in.
As a black person who eats out I feel like they rushed me out of their establishment along with my family. We did not cause a scene or any problems related to our food, because there weren’t any, We were the only African-American family eating in at that time in the day, Just to find staff hovering over us while we ate and quickly giving us to-go plates while there was food on our plates that remain uneaten We spent majority of our time waiting for our food to be prepared before eating our food for about five minutes, before they rushed us out by giving us to go plates then asking a tip off our card after I’ve already given a cash tip and being charged gratuity
I would order takeout but I would not dine in ever again. They are not friendly to people of color, when denying an extra tip , the Asian staff member proceeded to yell in another language , showing rudeness , unprofessionalism , and ungratefulness

Waitress wasn’t very attentive. Never came back to ask if we wanted more water or if everything was OK. Also, they don’t serve dry noodles with their soup or fortune cookies. Those things I saw to look forward to at this type of restaurant.

We love eating here. It is our Saturday lunch spot. The food range is great as you can have Chinese, Sushi, or Thai. The food has been consistently good and the staff is attentive.

The food isn’t good, but the service is terrible. They look at you with a bad attitude, they constantly yawn and are on their phones, and they work without any enthusiasm. It was truly a terrible experience.
