This place is a real Mom & Pop shop. It was great to see, older guys in there chatting drinking coffee. Made to order sandwiches and omelets. Bagels are so fresh and delicious, had to get some to go. I’d come back again but it’s in not my normal area.

I usually order here for breakfast but today I was very disappointed.. I opened my sandwich and seen hairs (not one but multiple hairs) in my sandwich. I am not happy about this as I usually love this place and the cleanliness.. Today’s staff?? Idk if that’s dog hair/dander or human hair – either way.. very disgusting.

The Bagel was decent. The roast beef was good but if your menu says that a Reuben is supposed to get swiss cheese then it should have swiss cheese. I feel like that’s a common complaint in the comments for this place.

Great option for folks attending/staying at the Marriott Conference Center. Had lunch here while attending a conference next door. Great service even during the very busy lunch hour, the staff was friendly and personal, helped me order without needing me to have every detail down perfectly when ordering. Had a bagel sandwich: hot pastrami with melted cheese, nice fresh lettuce and tomato, spicy mustard, and a really lovely crunchy everything bagel. Bagels are the chewy smaller boiled style, not the big “bready” type. Prices are also very reasonable given the location. Only slight downside is the inside is quite small with little tables sort of scattered along the wall, so not super comfortable to sit and eat. But with this food and service I’ll be back!

How are the bagels? Well, I’m from Long Island, and I like Ize’s bagels. A lot! Big, fluffy bagel with a legit shmear of cream cheese, all for a great price. Seriously; skip Panera and come here instead. Staff is friendly, service is quick, place is clean and comfy for a little sit down to enjoy a great bagel!

I was craving a really good omelette and decided to give this place a shot. I ordered Uber eats and luckily for me the food was still hot upon arrival. Unfortunately, the eggs were burnt and the veggies were raw. The hash browns were brown/black in color. I really hope new customers have a better experience at Izes.

We ordered an ice tea and a bagel with extra cream cheese. The ice team was warm and extremely bitter and even a little sour. The bagel was good, nice a chewy but not very much cream cheese. Would recommend the bagels tho!

The bagels and smear are good as far as the Maryland standard go. This is a small, cute eatery. It would be great to have some small, simple pleasantries or a greeting even from the owner…staff when frequenting this business. We are far from NYC where, even there, you are typically given a casual greeting and/or smile when making a purchase. To be fair, I was asked what I needed by a staff member.
