There is an unknown substance, white, with the texture of tofu in the burrito. The only thing I can think of it being is old, bad quality queso or some sort of cheese however I ordered no cheese, at all. Consume at your own risk because seriously, what is this? Also burrito was missing guacamole and pan-seared vegetables which cost extra.

I did not catch the man’s name that made our order tonight. He was the only one there and had a long line of people. He handled himself so well! He was kind, smiling and efficient even under stress. I said I felt bad he was by himself and he replied he was going to find time to get ahold of someone else once everyone was served. My daughter requested an item that needed refilled and she almost asked for something else to give him a break and he politely asked for a minute as he went to grab the item from the back. He deserves a pat on the back for the way he handled service and kept smiling through the line of people he was helping while doing it all alone.

Older man working when I went in and there were not any other customers. He didn’t speak or greet me at all as I approached. Seemed to be mad to have a customer. The food was incredibly bland, cold, and basically mush. Also very expensive. Chipotle is a much better option.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my first visit here. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and they have fresh food. I have always heard it compared to Chipotle. Chipotle does not have the awesome cookies or brownies. HH does not have guacamole. I guess it depends on your mood, but I am certainly looking forward to going back. I had a create your own this time, but will probably have the chicken teriyaki next time. The meat was seasoned and fresh as were the veggies, rice and beans. I am not a spicy food lover, so I really liked that they have mikd options. Well done!

Really started to enjoy this spot more lately. It has made subtle changes for improvement and is a fantastic spot for a quick lunch grab. The taco Tuesdays have great value and they offer lots of other deals too. The mango habanero is my new favorite sauce.

The food is good but the portion sizes don’t match the price. I purchased a bowl, and it wasn’t even filled to the top! I’m an adult and I would like an adult portion.

This has been my local hothead for 7 years now. I would check it out a couple times a year to see if they were getting it together but there was always something wrong enough to wait 6 months to go back. Whoever this gentleman is that’s running the place right now, he’s the real mvp! Previously I had bad service, pathetic portions and overall just disappointing service but I’m dropping in a couple times a month because he never disappoints. Next time, I’ll be sure to catch his name!
