Very good place for a special location. It’s a beautiful restaurant. We went there for birthday lunch. We ordered chicken pasta with a cream Creole sauce and the meatloaf. The meatloaf was a little dry. But a very large portion. The pasta was cooked well but the chicken was overcooked. I thought it was a little pricey. Give you fresh bread at the table. Overall, it was a nice experience. Service was decent. Bathrooms could probably be updated. There’s a parking lot behind the building which made it convenient.

This was my first time dining at IVY. The atmosphere, staff and food were all beyond amazing. I went in for a company GALA dinner tonight and I can’t remember the name of our server if it was Javier or Jose. Im not even sure if those are the correct names, however, I wanted to compliment him and his staff for giving us a wonderful experience. He was very helpful, kind and went above and beyond to service our big group. He had excellent patience and service with the amount of items we ordered. He was very professional at what he does. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. And hope to see him again as he did so wonderful tonight.

This place was great, located in the heart of downtown Wheaton so it’s mostly all street parking but there is a free public parking garage directly behind the restaurant and only a 1 or 2 minute walk. The restaurant has a very unique and romantic ambiance, we sat right next to the firplace. The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious, I had the Bourbon Chicken. Will definitely go back for seconds!

The food is just ok, it does not live up to the prices. We went on a Saturday night – service was very slow, we arrived for our reservation at 6:30 and did not leave until 2 hours later. The bus boys and waiters were loud communicating with each other in the service area, it was a bit chaotic. The atmosphere is very interesting there though with the church setting.
The ribs were not very good – below the bbq sauce there was no seasoning.

This place continues to be one of my favorite steakhouses, and today was a perfect example of why.
We stopped in impromptu to celebrate a huge life moment—my fiancé finding out she’s pregnant. It wasn’t planned at all, and honestly we were pretty underdressed for the setting. Despite that, the experience couldn’t have been better.
Our server was absolutely phenomenal—welcoming, attentive, and made us feel completely at home from the moment we sat down. No judgment, no stiffness, just great service and great energy. The food, as always, was flawless. Perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and exactly what you expect from a top-tier steakhouse.
What really stood out is how the staff helped turn a spontaneous stop into a truly special memory for us. That says everything about the culture and professionalism of the team.
Huge kudos to everyone there. This is an awesome place, and it’s moments like this that keep us coming back again and again.

Cool place first of being an old morgue chapel. Ate here while out here for work training. Classy place, with lovely staff. The bread was soft and the butter was great. The breaded calamari and brussel spouts were top tier. I ate the mushroom truffle burger and all the notes and flavors were on there, it was the best burger ive had in a while. We have good food near St. Louis but this was truly a delightful dinner. Our waitress was the sweetest woman who’s been there almost since the beginning and she rounded out the service. I would eat here again and recommend it anytime. Thank you.

There were 6 of us celebrating a birthday. All of us loved our entrees. Our server Mark V. was great. He got each dish correct (as two of us asked for no red pepper flakes). Highly recommend. Paradelle with lobster sauce was perfection.

When the owner of the restaurant has a copy of Will Guidara’s book Unreasonable Hospitality sitting at the register you should know that your in good hands. There is no reason that this restaurant will not meet or exceed your expectations! Just the menu alone shows great attention to detail and it sets the bar for your expectations to be exceeded. The menu is on a type of thin paper illuminated with a back light in a menu binder. Totally unexpected. The service was and speed of serving were top notch. They were quite able to meet diatary needs and the food was delicious. The bread and butter service were next level. Once again, when just the butter steals the show, you should know great things are coming. The butter is a special butter mixed with a hint of honey and truly adds to the experience. Ribs were tender, Ravioli was quite tasteful, impressive wedge salad with all the toppings. If you truly want an unforgettable dining experience you have to check out the Ivy in Wheaton, Illinois.

The food and service were excellent. Great restaurant for a date night or couples outing. The burrata and Brussel sprout appetizers were delicious. The white fish and the scallops for the entrees had great flavor and presentation. We will definitely be coming back.

Love the building. Food was great. Lighted menus were a little weird but useful and appreciated so I didn’t have to pull out my phone. Server was very personable and competent. Service overall was slow and prices were up there given the portion size.
