This place was awesome!! I think this is the best location in the valley. I got the cherry blossom platter and it was amazing. The fish was pretty good quality and the agedashi tofu was authentic. The traditional rolls were well made as well. They had a Valentine’s Day special going on with a separate menu.

A great omakase! We thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. The food was spot on and the chef was very knowledgeable. He explained every aspect of each dish and how it was prepared. I did notice that majority of the dishes were on the sweeter side or had a sweet sauce though. I prefer savory over sweet but the dishes were still very tasty. We left satisfied and full!

Went here with my family. As a vegan, eating out with a non-vegan family can be difficult, so I was really happy to see a clearly labeled veggie section on the menu. I ordered the Fresh Veggie roll and the Inari, which is very rare to find outside of Japan; I was very excited to see the Inari offered. The food came out quickly and was excellent. The Inari was super fresh and the tofu pocket was amazing; the Fresh Veggie roll was just as good.
I do wish there were a few more veggie options, especially since the menu is so long, but overall I can’t complain. My family enjoyed the fish options as well. The restaurant was clean, service was fast, and the staff are friendly.

Amazing Omakase service here. We did 10 guests all together for a birthday. It was so much fun to see the chefs work together and chef Itto was more than attentive. Delicious items and I think worth the price for the experience. I would 100% book again.

Very nice omakase experience, possibly the only one in Utah? We enjoyed all of the dishes and are looking forward to the next time we visit.
The one thing I would say as a slight note for next time. The presentation was enjoyable and extremely informative, but at times it was a bit didactic. At other omakase places I’ve been, normally a dish is presented with mostly brief commentary. “This is scallop with caviar and a pickle sauce,” normally not too much more explanation than that. If there is more chatting it is more of a dynamic back and forth. In today’s meal it was more like a presentation that went on for most of the meal. It was seriously informative but I think when we go next time (and there will be one) it might become a bit too much. Not a huge issue but just something to point out.
I didn’t really memorize the best dishes but every single one was lovely. I took a few pictures of the most visually stunning.

We saw the sign for the grand opening 50% off and knew we needed to try it. We made a reservation which was super easy. The hostess and Waitress were working so hard, it was pretty busy. The atmosphere was great, I loved the decor. I loved the Ninja Roll and they had no issues with taking off the spicy mayo. The tonnage romance and Crazy Jazz were delicious as well. My husband loved the ginger because it was undeniably fresh.

Absolutely delicious!! We got the Vegas and Scallop dream roll and our server was absolutely amazing. Bringing us a complimentary dessert for a roll being late (it really wasn’t late). Great server I think her name is Sunae! Thank you Itto ❤️❤️❤️

Very Disappointing overall. I went there with my wife for some soup and ordered the ramen. I have included a picture of all of the meat included in the bowl. One tiny thin piece. The broth was salty, the egg cold and there was a ton of pickled ginger in the soup probably 3x the amount of meat. At least my low bar for ramen has now been found.
Good things are my wife enjoyed the Udon soup, and they were fast to bring out the bill and get us out of there quickly.

This location is smaller than some of the other itto sushi locations but the food is still fantastic. Our food came out very fast and we were very happy with the quality of the sushi. We tried the titanic roll, black dragon, vampire, and a crunchy tiger hand roll. All of it was delicious though we loved the black dragon the best.
Make sure if you are using their groupo code thing, you cant get the lunch special rolls discount and use the groupon. You can however, order from their 20% ofd section and still use the groupon. It just doesnt work for the lunch special. So plan accordingly
