The first 2 times I ordered here it was great. The next 6 times it was issue after issue. Chicken was under cooked, I’d specifically request no ranch and they’d send a massive amount of ranch. Most recently we ordered 1 thing of BBQ and 1 thing of buffalo and they’d send gave us 2 orders of buffalo and labeled one as Buffalo. I’m not stupid and I’m still very upset by this stupid mistake that is impossible to fricking make. Honestly hate it here and everyone o recommended this place to, I told them to eat somewhere else. 1 friend was too late and had RAW CHICKEN in her order, more than 1 piece was raw. This place is salmonella central. So unless you like medium rare chicken with the wrong sauce you ordered with a side of salmonella, this is the spot for you. Oh and the refund we got was $4 for a $15 order that was not eaten.

We had instacart deliver our food. We typically order from WingStop but thought we would try something different. Sadly we were very disappointed.
We ordered bone in for all the flavors. Nashville, Sweet Chili, Buffalo and Santa Fe. They were all bland. I’m sensitive to hot stuff so I was worried. I got nothing. My husband didn’t either. The annoying part was that they came in 2 containers and there were any dividers between the wings so all the flavors are mixed up. Maybe it helped? Who knows. We paid for express delivery and got them in the time allotted. But the food wasn’t hot. We had to re-heat the fries. We do know we won’t be ordering from here again. We were excited about all of the flavors. But it was a serious fail. I should have read the reviews first. That $55 down the drain.

I ordered through Door Dash and like many others realized once it was delivered that these were from Chili’s. I don’t mind Chilis I think I was just expecting something different. Shame on me for not doing my research, but it did lead me to believe it was a stand alone wing spot. Overall the wings were fine, nothing special. One thing I will say is the order was very large and I had more than enough to fill me up!

I ordered to-go from doordash. For the most part, the food was good. I only have two objections. The ranch was only filled halfway. I might as well have only gotten 1 ranch. Second, the fries were too salty, but they were cooked well.

Ordered wings from here twice now, the first time was great so we ordered them again tonight. Unfortunately this time both orders of wings were undercooked. My husbands were mostly done but still pinkish in the middle but when I bit into one of mine it was still fairly raw. It was underdone enough I could tell by texture alone but cut into the rest and most were the same way. Thought we at least be able to enjoy the hand pies for dessert but those were still raw dough in the middle as well.

HORRIBLE! i never write reviews but this was just such an awful experience never again will I order from here they say it’s just wing claiming to be a local wing place nah it’s chilis they did not give me my drink food was made two hrs before I got the order cold soggy hard fries yum with cold chicken that was also the wrong flavor how do you get garlic wings from bbq? Anyways don’t orders here

I normally hate boneless wings but my man loves them. I was ABSOLUTELY shocked at how tender, non grisly they were because every chain restaurant I’ve tried boneless at were disgusting. I’m a bone in fan. You can tell that It’s Just Wings takes pride in their products they offer! Can’t wait to try their bone in next time! All the sauces I ordered especially the Santa Fe and Bleu cheese was excellent, and I’m excited to try more! Will definitely recommend this establishment to others! Just yum! Hope they see this review. Thank you!

The first time we order a 32pc wing with curly fries, it turned out fantastic, wings were moist, fries cooked just right. Our second order did not meet our expectation, both fries and naked wings were over cooked. You can throw the curly fries against a wall and it would remain intact! All 4 boxes had over cooked fries, you can smell it was burnt. I called the restaurant right away to address my concern and spoke to an employee who showed no empathy or understanding, when asked if I can have her name.. the response was “why”. The refusal to provide a first name not only is unprofessional but is an indicator that you don’t care. I requested a manager and explained the poor experience. He was able to make it right and was apologetic. Bottom line… please coach and train your employees that customer service goes beyond just seating people and taking orders.
