The food is DELICIOUS! I don’t normally like fast food or hamburgers but this place is exceptional. The food is so flavorful. Von helped us and he was AMAZING. His customer service was great and he checked in on me and my family frequently making sure everything was good. The food was also made very quickly and well. Highly impressed with the quality of the food and the service.

Staff was very rude and not approachable. They had 5 people working but only 1 person actually doing work. I saw a person constantly pull their pants up with gloves on. I saw another worker texting with gloves on. What is the purpose of gloves if you don’t even use them correctly. Food was actually decent but the environment is a big no no here. Surprised that Freddy’s is still open with how dead it looks everyday.

This location is the worst, very poor management. The worker with the curly hair has a problem with giving out hot fries as if he is paying for the food. Today he purposely made the fries well done to be funny even tho we did not request them well done, then I watched him pick up the bun for my sons sandwich even though he only works the fry station, when we got home my sons burger bun had two finger punchers in it. I called the store and of course no answer and they haven’t sent up the voicemail, clearly because they give you crappy food and don’t want you calling to complain. I will be calling corporate for a full refund!!

We placed an order for a plain cheeseburger, footlong, 2 fries and 2 chocolate shakes. The woman working inside, not the window, came over at the last second and walked away with our shakes from the window. When they brought me the shakes, they were in different, small cups, no whipped cream or cherry like there was when she walked away. That is food tampering!!!! This place needs to be investigated!!!! I will make sure it happens. We did not eat our food in fear of what kind of games the employees might be playing.

I normally love me a good freddys burger and frost – however today they forgot half my burger?? Gave me a patty and cheese; no lettuce bacon tomato or any of the other stuff i asked and paid for. My frosty was sitting on the counter collecting must and getting warm when I arrived (I had an online order), so it was nearly

Staff was rude… when you could find them, resturaunt was filthy, food was torn up. My cheeseburger was several slivers of meat held together by cheese. Looked as if it was bits and pieces out of the bottom of a bag. Pathetic!!!! Bun was soggy, fries were no bigger than a half an inch long. Cheese curds were cold and rubbery. Staff was horendous!! We will NEVER go back to the Forest Park location. I would give ZERO stars if that was an option.

Haven’t been here in awhile, and I probably won’t be back. On my most recent visit, I was smacked by an odor that honestly smelled rotten or septic. Something is off or out and being neglected. Perhaps ventilation?
Floor feels unclean, sort of grimey. I can see those that work here who truly care, but there are also those that don’t.
After eating the sandwich that I hesitated to order, I ate in my car (due to the smell) and watched a woman and her two small children walk in and walk right back out.

I have ordered from this place 3 times. I really wanted to give it a chance. The burger is never made like I request. Fries never taste fresh. Workers are not that friendly as if they always annoyed.
