This place is typically on point – today was really a disappointment
I paid $20 for the 11 wings of their Apple BBQ boneless wings, 3 of their hand pies, and a side of their mild teriyaki sauce.
Typically the wings are fully saturated with the sauce, this time my wings were partially covered. This order came with fries – I gave my husband the fries and put rice in my Togo box.
I am not sure if the pies are supposed to come cold, but they did not seem fresh at all. On the website it stated they came warm/hot. I was not impressed.
I ordered a side of Teriyaki sauce – the cup is typically full of sauce, but this time, the container was not even half way filled. I paid almost a dollar for barely any dipping sauce?
My husband and I were very disappointed by this order. I took pictures for visuals.
If I pay $20 for a meal, I expect it to be delivered as advertised.
This was very disappointing.

I recently ordered a wing and fry combo from here through a delivery service. 10 wings with traditional buffalo sauce and fries. The wings were cooked to a good level of doneness… that’s about the best I can say. There was basically zero buffalo sauce or flavor, as if tossing 10 wings with a teaspoon of sauce. The fries were underdone. As the location (Chilis) is less than a mile from my house I thought I’d found a cheat code for great quick wings. Unfortunately I haven’t.
Recommendations, fry your fries for at least twice the amount of time. Also, douse the wings in sauce, especially wings with flavors people associate with wings. I’d have given an extra star if the wings arrived instead of under sauced, but drowning in sauce.
Also, maybe rethink hard containers. Give it something that can breathe and release moisture. At least the underdone fries wouldn’t be soggy, despite being picked up from store 10 minutes after ordering and delivered 3 minutes later.

Garlic parm where edible. Naked pecan smoked were cooked to the point it cut the inside of my cheek…yep that bad. Not sure what flavor the boneless wings were but the coating was kind of like a tempura batter GROSS! The curly fries were just there, nothing special about them. Will not be trying the wings again

Tried for the first time. Not great. Ordered garlic parmesean and it didn’t taste like either. They also gave us the wrong dipping sauce. Didn’t taste horrible, but won’t use again.
