Food is very hot, so hot that the ranch containers warped and leaked ranch all over the food and part of the bag. Fries were very soggy and had minimal flavor. Although the buffalo and garlic parmesan wings were sauced, tossed, and good, the cajun dry rub wings were not. Most had a sprinkle of seasoning on one side while others had nothing. Not sure why it states “hot” in the cajun description, unless they’re referring to the temperature and not the spiciness. Not a good first impression and probably will not be back.

To say these wings were the worst i’ve had in my life, is an understatement. I cannot fathom how you can make SUCH horrible wings, not to mention the cold, limp fries and the insane prices for the worst food i’ve ever had. My wife and I both scoffed at the lack of seasoning and copious amounts of raw chicken. DO BETTER!!!!

Terrible wings! Our garlic parmigiana had virtually no seasoning on them. Overcooked and completely void of taste. One wing was the size of my pinkie. Curly fries were soggy. Even Walmart blows these wings away. Very disappointed! I don’t recommend unless you’re starving during a zombie apocalypse.

This was a pathetic experience we do not care to ever repeat. We ordered through the IJW website. Half our order showed up, and the restaurant phone number is disconnected, leaving no way to get any customer service except through Doordash.
We worked through Doordash for over an hour and could never contact the driver or anyone associated with Its Just Wings. My wife never got her food. What I got tasted like someone poured sauce over Chicken McNuggets. The fries were cold and limp. The to-go container was coated in someone else’s mashed potatoes. Don’t waste your time and money… you will regret it.

I should’ve read the reviews before ordering this but I spent about 50 bucks and I order four different flavors and nothing taste like it. No disrespect to this restaurant but the wings taste bad And fries was soggy. Also I had a stomach ache 30 minutes after. and yeah it was from door dash.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Never have I ever felt so cheated, misled or disgusted with food and it’s advertising. 1st, this is chili’s, not just wings. Second, the wings are atrociously terrible, not just bad, but disgusting! No taste, poorly cooked and the fries, limp tasteless pieces of garbage. Why do the area restaurants in Rowlett always blame the delivery company for bad food? The delivery drivers have no control over under seasoning, overcooking and shoddy packaging, Not to mention excluding napkins, straws, and other condiments that are supposed to come with the meal. It’s really simple to take an inventory of the order before you give it to the delivery driver.
Take some responsibility for the poor quality of your food and do better. No one cares that you are “sharing your experience with our team members”. That means absolutely NOTHING to a customer that spends $50 on food and has a bad experience. Offer a refund or a free meal that exceeds the amount of there previous order to address the customers inconvenience. I’ve never seen a restaurant with a worse review history and all of the complaints are about the same thing. Obviously, sharing our concerns with the team are falling on deaf ears. Pathetic!

Great amount for the price and aside from the lemon pepper I loved every flavor. We had some who liked those, but I don’t think I’d recommend them unless you like your wings really salty. I don’t understand the other reviews, this place might be my new favorite wing place.
